## What is Zippy Pro?

Zippy Pro is the app for independent service professionals in Frisco, Texas. Customers book house cleaning, lawn mowing, dog waste removal, trash bin service, and more on zippydoes.com — and the moment they do, the job appears in Zippy Pro for local pros to claim. No bidding, no lead fees, no chasing invoices.

HOW IT WORKS
• Browse open jobs on a live map — each one shows the service, the pay, and the distance before you claim
• Claim what fits your day. You choose every job you take
• Navigate to the property with built-in directions; the customer sees your ETA
• Property access details unlock when you arrive
• Take before-and-after photos, mark the job complete, and the payment is on its way

GET PAID FAST
• Earnings go to your own account through Stripe
• Instant Cash Out moves money to your debit card in minutes
• Track your earnings history right in the app

TEAM UP
Bigger job? Post it as a Team Up and split the work — and the pay — with other Zippy Pros. Built-in team chat, live teammate locations, and automatic time-based pay splitting.

GROW YOUR BUSINESS
• Share your personal link — customers who book through it are reserved for you
• Refer other pros and earn bonuses when they complete jobs
• In-app messaging with customers, with automatic translation
• Insurance perks and discounted coverage options for working pros

BUILT FOR REAL WORK
• Job notifications for the service types you choose
• Clear expectations for every service, so you know what the customer was promised
• Support genie that answers questions about jobs, pay, and policies 24/7

Zippy Pro is free to download and use. Pros are independent contractors who choose which jobs to claim. Currently serving Frisco, Texas — with more areas coming.
