When I try to input my location (address, city, zip code,etc.) it does not work. Whatever I input gets erased/deleted. So then I use “current location” but that does not work either. Please fix. I’m so used to one design that every time it changes, I get lost navigating through the new interface. Right now, I am unable to find the “search” tab within the app. It existed in previous interfaces but not in this one. Good app overall but it needs to stick to one design or interface. ### 1/5 — New Update Broke EVERYTHING *2025-06-15, version 2.0.5* I don’t care how pretty it is. The best thing about this app was how slick and convenient it was. And now with the new update, I had to make a new log in, which I was unable to, because I suspect that Apple Keychain passwords are incompatible with the app standards. I tried to pay for something as a guest without logging in and I couldn’t load my credit card because the submit button disappears in iOS. If you can’t get an app to work in iOS, how are you going to get it to work in Android?! ### 1/5 — Updated app not working *2025-06-13, version 2.0.5* What’s going on with the new app? Now I can’t get access to it. Tried to recover, but don’t get a recovery email. ### 1/5 — The update is NOT good *2025-06-01, version 2.0.4* There are many issues with this update! First, I had issues with logging into the zipster rewards, as it no longer allows you to log in via Facebook. Also, when you try to order the chicken katsu with all rice, you can’t add it to your cart because the page doesn’t recognize that it needs to remove the Mac salad and it reads as an error. Finally, when you try to enter your credit card information, the number pad covers the zip code field and there’s no “next” or “continue” button after you input your CC info, so there’s no way to continue on to complete your order. I ended up just backing out of the order/app. Please fix the issues or change it back to the old app!! ### 3/5 — Re: Update *2025-05-31, version 2.0.4* Why do we have to create a new account? App deleted. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — They don’t make it easy *2026-05-10, version 2.6.0* The app is difficult because it just consistently errors out and you have to input your info every single time. Walked into the Kailua one since the app wasn’t working and stood at the bakery counter for almost minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence 😆 Couldn’t even get eye contact. No wonder they upped their prices so much… people just elsewhere nowadays. 🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Clumsy app that needs work *2026-04-01, version 2.5.1* Can’t place orders because I can’t select a location. Map doesn’t populate locations. Some items won’t load into cart or load modifications. Process to redeem rewards is neither explained nor intuitive. Now I cannot get past the store location page. Press location and then hit Start Order but it defaults back to the store location. In addition after logging in, I noticed my Zip Coins reward balance was down to zero. I had 2500 pts! Contacted Zippy’s about the issue but it’s been 2 days and it’s still not working. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-02-28, version 2.4.0* I’ve used this app lots of times before but when they did an overhaul, it’s been super buggy . Used the same email to try and reset the password, no email was sent. Went on the rewards support and filled out information, haven’t gotten a response in 2+ weeks. The app developers did not build in a system to let the user easily know when and how many points are expiring. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. This app used to work well before they decided to overhaul the entire design ### 1/5 — Sign in & they will track you *2025-08-04, version 2.0.9* Tried to sign back into the Zippy’s App & it states that you will be directed to “pingone.com” and they will track you. Plus your points get deleted if you don’t use it within a certain time. Zippy’s has gotten so expensive so you can’t eat there often anyway. Trying to setup new account to make ordering easier fails to proceed.
