I could barley read where to put my name and password the letters were so light. In the app, I could barely read the info on the properties as the letters were dark grey on light grey back ground. This past weekend I went to an open house (that I found through this app) now today I don’t see the listing as well as some other homes that I saw listed on the app last night. It could be the app is struggling with the recent iOS so hopefully the next ZipRealty update will resolve these annoying quirks. ### 1/5 — Can’t Use *2019-08-07, version 9.1.10* Typed in some zip codes and says not servicing this area 😡Used to be good. Also, hard to delete old saved searches, they just keep accumulating for your account. Hard to reset search parameters without setting up a new search, that then can’t be deleted. If you zoom in they appear. Its rather frustrating and you can’t get the draw tool to work correctly. Once you get it calibrated just right, it glitches and resets. I was a huge advocate for ZipRealty. Now the app has a lot of issues. You have to continue to zoom in and out for houses to show up. Not all houses for sale show up. Houses that have sold still show up. I wouldn’t recommend. I am not sure why but a lot of home search apps do not show all the available homes on the market😧 My agent kept suggesting me to use their app but I was too used to using those nationwide website and apps lol Then, my agent asked me if I wanted to see the home just came on the market so I went to zillow to check out some pictures and other information but I couldn’t find the home she was talking about!! So I texted my agent and she sent me the property information through ZipRealty app and all the information including the pictures were right there!! I guess some website does not reflect right away. Because other websites had some delay, I have been using this one ever since then! It remembers your recently viewed homes for your price range in a certain area you searched for, and brings you back to that same location when you click on your saved search section which is a plus if you want to recheck your previously liked homes. And it’s interface is very easy to use and scroll through. Everything is clean and bug less. I've tried a few that crashed and had long delays to open pics and navigate through pages. The Zip app is by far the easiest & quickest to use. I can click save home while scrolling through, to come back to my saved list later. I've enjoyed the ability to search near why I'm at and move the map around or zoom in and out to see what else is in that area. I can also one-click to google maps for directions. Great app! ### 5/5 — Best app for serious home buyers *2013-08-07, version 3.8* The thing I like best about this app compared to Zillow & Trulia is that the ZipRealty app has the most accurate MLS data. So use this app if you want to cut through the clutter. ZipRealty is also a true real estate brokerage so the agents listed have been vetted and approved unlike other sites where the agents shown have purchased the ad space. The app has these ratings and reviews left by actual customers so judge the agents for yourself. The streetsketch feature lets you draw lines around the areas where you are looking. Check out the virtual augmentation feature, StreetScan. Overall, excellent app! Nicely done. ### 5/5 — Just bought a house with Zip! *2013-04-29, version 3.6.2* We have tried other apps similar just to find the houses are years old or even off the market. I love the notification when a house meets your requirement. We were notified the first day our soon to be home was on market and we were able to set us a visit the same day as well. This app makes it easy to save favorites and let your agent know which ones you want to visit. There are a lot of fun features with this app - I wish they had the feature where if I zoomed onto my neighbors house it tells me their houses estimate so I can compare my home to other homes around it. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2010-10-08, version 0* This is the 2nd time I've used ziprealty to help buy real estate and I am so pleased with the improvements they made on their website and with thr additions of this app. I love the saved home searches and that I can reach and access my real estate agent quickly. The maps and directions are awesome. The interactive homes map feature is a nice touch because I found a condo in a complex I liked, but didn't like the unit. But the map showed other listings in the same complex so I was able to check out prices andhave my agent call to see if we could take a look.
