There is no longer a tab/category for cartridges, you have to filter “shop all” to vaporizers. Adding to your cart has to be a multi-step process now and overall not good. It used to be so easy and smooth to use, I don’t know why there was a change to this. I took time to try and get used to it, but it’s not any better. In the activity log you used to be able to tap the green plus symbol next to your purchase and see a breakdown of the individual items you purchased, but now the Green plus symbol does nothing when you tap it, you can only see your overall purchase and how long ago it was. ### 1/5 — Used to be nice *2024-02-22* The deals of the day have defaulted to a location I do not frequent and I can not change it back or to any other location. You can see that you’ve made a purchase, the amount and location but you can no longer see your itemized purchases. It only shows the deal at one specific location and I used to be able to search different locations deal of the day. You try to use more than one filter to better sort what you want and it doesn’t work and only lets you use one at time and become utterly confusing. I just end up going online to make an order instead cause it’s the old interface faster and I know what I’m doing and it doesn’t glitch out on me either. ### 1/5 — Barely functional *2025-03-24, version 3.2* The new update is pretty, but the old app actually worked. There is no way to see the deals of the day anymore. You cannot sort by weight when searching for flower. You cannot sort for only infused prerolls. After I check out, everything is still left in my cart when I log back in so I have to go clear it before I can add new things. If you want to purchase more than one item of a category, you have to search for each item individually because your search resets after you add something to your cart. Also the cart lets you add more than the limit of flower so you have to guess at what to take out when youre ready to check out. ### 1/5 — Hate the new update *2025-03-08, version 3.1* The new update is awful and makes purchasing product so much more complicated. It's very hard to tell what the days discount is, when before hand a message telling you the daily discount was the first thing you saw when opening the app. I'm also confused why the layout is red now when the company has clear established colors (green and black). Why is the option to sort by lowest price suddenly hidden in a menu that isn't visible until you scroll to the side and go through two other menus to select the option? Why is everything so cluttered and incohesive? Why is everything so low contrast, especially the navigation bar at the bottom? Why do I have to press the menu button in the low-contrast navigation bar to go back to shopping after I add something to my cart instead of just having a back button like you used to? There are so many little things that just weren't taken into account (or were purposefully made to be annoying...). I'm especially offended by the way it has rounded corners on the boxes around items for sale, but the banners all have sharp edges and don't share the red theme, making them clash and create visual noise in a way that looks amateurish. It's like browsing an edgy webcomic's html storefront in 2006, especially with that color palette. To top it all off, when I try tk check out, it throws a validation error and then ASKS ME TO GIVE MY LOCATION AGAIN. You'd think that giving it full access would be enough to get it to work if it's going to give an error and the suggest an action, but no. That doesn't do jack. The low rating is mostly for requiring location information and not giving us an actual *specific* reason why. "Local regulations" doesn't cut it when you're making us give you more of our data if we want to participate, and it's a much bigger issue than whatever bug is making it so I can't/won't give you money.
