There is no user manual, the information online is not for the end user, rather it’s for the sales and installation people. I am not tech dumb, but I struggle to find what I need on the app. At the moment, I need to change the Wi-Fi settings as we have a new Wi-Fi provider and nowhere on the app can I see how to do this. I am also unable to remote access the cameras. I click on the arrow and nothing happens. I have had this system for more than 3 years and I absolutely hate it.
