The camera that I want to see is not camera 1. The thing is it works on my phone and I can change the amount of cameras. App on an iPhone 11pro max is also flawed, there is no plz preset control, the app does not remember the presets that you save within it. Not very good when in front of the client. SystemQ have been telling me that the new, updated, super duper app is on its way. They have been telling me this since December 2019, yes folks, 5 MONTHS ago. Connecting via device ID doesn't work when using a static IP. Connecting via remote IP (dyndns, ports forwarded etc) does not work when not connected to the local network. When opened app first time it shows about 8 windows/pages for about 55 cameras. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere where this can be reduced down to just 16 cameras ( as per the 16 channel DVR). 2. You can drag and drop cameras around on the app screen, brilliant. At moment I only have one audio input for camera 1. Does the audio move automatically if you move a camera to a different position (audio wired separately from the camera on the DVR). Overall, this DVR is so much better than the Mega Hero unit and using the app is very good. With reference your second question audio is linked with the channel which the audio is plugged into. Unless you have plugged the audio straight into the back of the NVR, in which case that audio is specifically designed for two way talk back.
