The customer service is not proactive and asks us to wait for certain duration like 48-72hours , but in that time frame no action is taken from customer service. Then we have to contact again and explain the issue all over again ### 1/5 — Zivame is a Total Scam!!! No Transparency, Horrible Refund Experience!!! *2025-11-12* I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zivame. They advertise huge discounts to attract customers, but the real trouble begins when you need a refund or exchange due to size issues. During my refund process, they created endless problems and refused to refund the full amount. There is absolutely no transparency regarding the deductions they make or the amount that is actually refunded. The invoice they send is just a sticker pasted on the box, which gets damaged when the package is opened. Later, they claim that it’s the customer’s fault for not keeping the invoice intact. Their customer service is pathetic!!! they kept disconnecting my calls multiple times. Only after I raised my voice and firmly explained that the refund amount was incorrect, did they finally admit that around ₹500 was still pending to be refunded. Before that, they kept insisting that no additional refund was due, even blaming me for not “understanding” their explanation. It’s shocking how a brand like Zivame can operate with such misleading practices. They lack basic professionalism and honesty. This whole experience felt like a scam, and I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from them. ### 1/5 — Needs Serious Improvement in Customer Support *2025-09-26* My experience with Zivame has been quite disappointing. I received my order, but the status wasn’t updated for days, which made it difficult to place a return. When I finally managed to request a return, both items were picked up but refund was processed for only one. On top of that, instead of resolving the issue, one of my other orders was cancelled unnecessarily. The products are decent, but the order management, status updates, and refund process are very frustrating. I really hope Zivame improves its customer support and backend systems, otherwise shopping here becomes more stressful than convenient. ### 2/5 — Pathetic *2025-09-11* Zivame used to be so good a few years back, but now it’s getting worse by the day. The deliveries keep getting delayed, they cancel items without any intimation, send out wrong items and what not. Sometime, they won’t even ship the items past the delivery timelines. In a time when people are ensuring quick deliveries, their deliveries take over weeks. They even have issues with their zcoins, where the balance disappears automatically. Too many misses can’t be a coincidence. Either they are having hard time managing the business, or the business is doing so bad that they don’t bother and let some fresh graduates run it for experience ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2025-06-19* One of the worst shopping experiences I've had. Most products are always out of stock — 9 out of 10 times you won’t find your size or color available. And even if by chance you manage to place an order, it gets canceled after 4–5 days with the excuse that the item is out of stock. Are you serious? The payment is already made, and then you cancel it after days of waiting? On top of that, sometimes the products they do deliver are extremely old — manufactured 2 to 3 years ago! That’s unacceptable, especially for personal wear items. Totally disappointed with the service and reliability of this platform. Would not recommend. ### 1/5 — Refund *2025-04-28* I placed my order with exchange due to size issues and beleive what the size which was smaller than the one I ordered.. Hence I decided to return it by selecting my bank account refund option.. buttt the great zivame app it did not accept the bank details n now its been a month no refund.. worst customer service sitting over call they will just try to disconnect the call either directly or by saying 10-15 days 72hrs, 48 hrs.. n the worst part when I logged in this ghatiya app it asked only for my number no email address so the email address was added by the ai out of nowhere so they cannot send me a link for refund as email address cannot be edited in this worst app... I don't want to use this app anymore however i thought of getting the refund i zcash for this also i was given a TALLAAA saying 24-48hrs i mean seriously what the hell are these calling agents doing!!!!! Pathetic whenever i call i ask them is there any request you can see in my profile.. they say no maam.. n guess what sometimes call gets connected to same agent n they just disconnects the call without saying anything just like thatttt.. worstttt appppp everrrrrrr.. they sayyyy no supervisor is ever available to talk my goodness ye kis trh ka app h no editing option no sups available no resolution available wrst customer service agents allll worst ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-03-18* When ever multiple products order in sale , after the payment completed and waiting for delivery at-least two items will be out of stock , they never shown out of stock report while selecting the product, and they simply mentioned that amount will be reflected in Z coins , after huge waiting for z coins , and call to customer team , they said payment not completed for the product or amount reflected in upi account which was not received by the way , so those who want to install this app it’s waste of time and money no proper customer support , items not delivered in time , always the ordered items will be out of stock , for refund amount we need to submit our bank statement s and waiting like a dog , so don’t waste your time on purchase items in this app ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service *2025-02-24, version 9.0.2* Don’t use zivame at all. It’s such a useless app. I have ordered from Zivame and made a return. They converted my money into zcoins and then said my zcoins got expired like how can someone’s money can expire. I can’t even get that money back in my bank account. I am contacting them from 1 month and their team is giving the same answer that wait for 5-10 working days and you will get your money back. Till now I have not received anything back. You can’t get in touch with any senior. It’s such a waste of time and money. Not helpful at all.
