## What is Ziza?

Stop arguing about where to eat.

Tell Ziza who's coming and it picks restaurants the whole table should like. Everyone votes blind, then the group's picks are revealed. Friends who don't have Ziza vote from a link. No group-chat spiral, no "I'm fine with anything."

The picks are accurate because Ziza knows your taste. A 30-second quiz to start, then one tap after each visit — Loved it. It was fine. Not for me. Every answer sharpens your personal match % for every restaurant.

WHAT YOU GET
• Plans: pick the people, get picks for the table, vote blind, decide. Ziza only suggests places open at your time.
• Guests welcome: anyone can vote through a link, no account needed.
• A personal match % on every restaurant, built around your taste instead of one giant leaderboard.
• "With…": eating with friends right now? Rank For You for everyone at the table.
• New to you or Loved before: explore somewhere new, or find a favorite worth a return.
• Filters that mean something: open now or open at a time, vegan, vegetarian, halal meat options, price, distance, vibe.
• Follow friends whose taste you trust.
• Missing a restaurant? Request it in the app.
• Irvine gets first bite. More cities coming soon.

Free. No ads, no pay-to-rank, no sponsored spots.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-27

Ziza now ranks for the table, not just for you.

• With…: on For You, pick the friends you're eating with and Ziza ranks restaurants by your combined taste.
• New to you / Loved before: explore somewhere new, or find a favorite worth a return.
• Plans, sharper: picks respect the plan's time, everyone invited counts toward the group's taste from the start, and a decided plan says who called it.
• Filters rebuilt on For You and Discover: open now or at a time, dietary, price, distance, vibe, cravings.
• Request a restaurant right from search.
• Restaurant pages: call, menu and directions in one row.
• Faster Irvine Favorites, and fixes throughout.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-09

Plan where to eat, together:
• Invite anyone to vote — even friends who don't have Ziza. Send a link, they pick, their vote counts.
• Everyone votes blind, then the group's picks are revealed. No bandwagons.
• Set must-haves for the table — vegan, vegetarian, halal meat options — and only spots that work show up.
• "Best fit for everyone" ranks each option by the whole group's taste.

Also new:
• Real distances — turn on location and see how far each spot actually is. Off until you ask for it, never stored.
• Discover, rebuilt — browse and filter your way through Irvine instead of only searching.
• Dietary filters on your recommendations.
• See what other Ziza diners actually thought, before you go.
• Faster taps, smoother lists, and a lot of polish.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-27

Ziza's first big update:
• Celebrate your milestones — Founding Member, new cities unlocked, and count milestones with shareable cards
• Weekly leaderboard — see how your taste crew stacks up
• Your Top 10, auto-ranked by your taste
• Add multiple photos to a review at once
• Private notes on any restaurant — just for you
• Smoother navigation and lots of polish

### 1.0 — 2026-08-25
