La pizza di Zizzi nasce dall’attento studio dello chef autodidatta Federico Zizzi. Si tratta di un impasto genuino e naturale che assembla ingredienti di ottima qualità che rendono la pizza davvero digeribile. La farina biologica che usiamo proviene dall’importante Mulino Paolo Mariani; l’olio usato è esclusivamente Extra Vergine d’Oliva; il sale; l’acqua; e il lievito pochissimo. Una volta pronto l’impasto viene riposto in frigorifero ad una temperatura media di 4° e viene fatto riposare per un minimo di 48 ore prima di essere steso. Una così lunga maturazione, ci permette, di offrirvi un prodotto incredibilmente leggero e dal sapore autentico.
