The restaurant was reasonably busy but service was ok! No pasta crisps! Everything was as it should be, but the bloke in charge (dressed in black) was a bit prickly! The other chap was much more helpful and our waitress (should have asked her name!) was brilliant. The food was great, but the standout was our waiter Tom — absolutely amazing and so accommodating with our autistic children and their needs. He was patient, kind and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable for our family. That’s a lost order 3 times for us 🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Can’t use the app *2026-08-07, version 1.12.1* Logging in states my account doesn’t exist. Creating a new account states my email is already in use. My friend visited after my referral, however, I didn’t get any points. Zizzi is very expensive as well and wouldn’t worth it. They don’t also allowed to use vouchers on bank holidays. Then why would you give vouchers? Even the birthday one we couldn’t use it and end up paying high price. The whole validation of password is broken.you follow guidance or use a password generator it doesn’t accept what you put in. The food is normally sat for 10 mins and timings are in accurate.
