My drivers license is valid, and I’ve uploaded it through the website, the iOS mobile app, and the Andrọid app, all efforts were unsuccessful. I’ve emailed support twice and only received automatic responses directing me to a page where I can read more about ID verification...or could, if it wasn’t a broken link 🤣 ### 5/5 — Not happy *2022-11-29* "Not only did they screw over my brother by selling off his cryptocurrency when he put his money into dogecoin causing him to loose thousands of dollars they also locked my account and won’t verify me, do not use this app unless you enjoy having a huge headache and unnecessary stress that will cause your hair to fall out early, Verification takes an eon to go through and that’s not even guaranteed that you will even get accepted, if they decide the information you send them isn’t sufficient then you will have to go through it again and keep in mind sometimes the waiting process to get verified takes months and they use a third party source to verify you so you don’t know who sees your sensitive information that you provide them such as your social security. From the verification process to the buying and selling of coins to the withdraw of your cash/ coins it just takes forever from hours to days yes I said days. As I save a pdf of my bank statement they now are saying my identification is waiting to be verifie, even though I had already received an email saying i was complete. Now I have a feeling the verification will take days and I’ll have had to reASŌn to make an account on this platform at all. As soon as you make a large deposit or build up a sizable portfolio they will restrict trading and ignore your support tickets and emails. Just take a look at their Twitter feed. There is a Reddit group threatening a class action lawsuit. Can’t trust a company that does that. Also it’s taken weeks to verify my account which at this point shows me this isn’t a viable application to trade on. You want people trading as fast as they can so your company can make money yet I personally know 4 other people still waiting on verification. DONT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE.
