## What is Zminy Kiosk?

Zminy Kiosk turns a tablet at the entrance into a time clock for your whole team. An employee taps their name, enters their personal PIN, and their shift has started. No punch cards, no paper logs, no clocking in for a colleague.

WHO IT'S FOR
Cafés, restaurants, shops, beauty salons, warehouses and workshops: anywhere people work in shifts and hours need to be counted precisely.

HOW IT WORKS
• One tablet per location. The whole team on one screen: see who's on shift right now and how long they've worked.
• A personal 6-digit PIN for everyone, so no one can clock in for someone else.
• Face check-in (on plans that include it). Recognition runs on the device itself; only a numeric face signature reaches our server, never a photo.
• Start, break and finish in one tap, with all of today's records right there.
• If someone forgot to clock out at another location, the kiosk shows it and switches their shift over in one tap.
• Works offline: clock-ins are kept on the tablet and sent as soon as the connection is back. Nothing is lost or counted twice.
• Night screensaver, dimming when idle, and a keep-screen-on mode.
• Dark and light themes, Ukrainian and English.
• Set up in a minute: scan the QR code from the Zminy admin panel.

ONE SYSTEM
Every clock-in goes straight into Zminy: timesheets, reports and payroll in the admin panel at zminy.app. Employees see their own hours, pay and schedule in the Zminy Me app.

WHAT YOU NEED
A Zminy business account (zminy.app). An administrator creates the kiosk's access code under "Kiosks". Want to look around first? Tap "Try the demo kiosk" on the first screen: it's a made-up company with sample data.

PRIVACY
No ads, no trackers. PINs are never stored in readable form. More at zminy.app/privacy
