Cloud Service Subscription Service Description
1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud  $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud  $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices. 
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date  in the "Account Settings".

They added ads which have rendered the app useless.

Update:
Had to check the cameras for an emergency and was unable to access them! Add after add has caused this to be completely unsafe!

Update: 
This app is going to cause a lawsuit or worse, these are security cameras. While trying to locate someone on the property, you have to go through all these adds. By that time the intruder is already broken in. This app is complete garbage

There is too many ads that it’s difficult to get to the feed. Also had an explicit banner ad and gaming downloads. This was not a good idea to add this! Give us the old version.

First you add ads that make me wait 30 seconds to over a minute to see if someone is possibly breaking into my house, and now you require me to subscribe to cloud service just to play back the past 24 hours which used to be free.  Why?  I already bought all the cameras and DVR so I should be entitled to view the past 24 hours like I used to.  This is a horrible way to run your service and you will most likely lose business like mine, in addition to bad reviews which will make nobody want to use you.  You can do better.

my cams went offline and have no problems in network, i tried to restore factory reset but all of my cams don’t have reset button. did all the process to reconnect them. for me this a scam so that your old device will be replaced to buy new cams from zmodo.. don’t buy this zmodo products

This used to be a good app. Now, when I hear something outside, I have to watch the Ads,  and by the time I get past it, I miss what was out there, which makes this camera useless for realtime. Very annoying. Last night, my dogs were barking and because I couldn’t see what was out there on the app, I physically went out to check and ran into a coyote eating fruit from my tree. F’n useless app!!!

Used to be a cost effective camera system. I even paid for the cloud support. Even as a paid subscriber, I have to watch an ad before opening the app, and then there are ads on the Home Screen of the app, and when you try to view your cameras live you also occasionally get ads. Did you just get a notification there was movement at your front door? Well I hope you don’t mind waiting and watching advertisements before you’re allowed to view your cameras, even if you’re paying for the premium service.  If you bought these cameras, I would suggest returning them for a refund before you open them and not subscribing to anything. It used to be a dependable service, but now it is unusable. I am canceling my subscriptions and getting a new camera system. I hope I can save anyone reading this time, frustration, and money.
