No one answers the contact line anymore. When you’ve mail, you get the run around. After continuous back and forth emails for 4 days, finally got it to work. What a hassle. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2020-01-15, version 1.66.0* Please fix your app, I created a book and selected it from the cart to edit it and got locked in the editor and had to exit the app. When I went back in, the book was deleted completely. Fix your app so I can buy a book please. ### 1/5 — Albums fall apart *2019-11-15, version 1.62.0* I have given this company a completely fair chance. I’ve created nearly 10 albums and unfortunately the binding and pages come unglued and fall apart after about a year. It’s like the adhesive is super cheap and once it dries it just evaporates and no longer holds. So disappointed as I’ve spent so much time on creating these albums. Each time, I reached out to the company and they replaced it for free; however, the same thing happened with the replacements. Also, a feature I loved about their album creation process was discontinued. You used to be able to filter layouts based on the number of portrait and landscape photos you had in mind for a 1 page or 2 page spread. Now, you have to pick a layout without the filtering option. Much less efficient and frustrating. And if I’m going to be very picky, the photos seem to loose their vibrancy in the printing process. The photos seem to have a duller appearance. ### 1/5 — Horrible costumer service *2018-12-04, version 1.42.0* We've ordered from them in the past and the products were great. But, we recently placed a rather expensive order that was lost in the mail. We called asking for help as it was a time-sensitive family gift and personal item but the customer support representative "Evelyn" was absolutely horrible. She repeated the same thing over and over again, argued with me, and offered not even a shred of care that you would expect from a customer service representative. When asking if I could speak to a manager or representative I was told that they were not in right now and that she does not know their hours nor did she have a way to contact the supervisor or manager directly. She didn’t even offer to have them contact me back when they get in. We likely won’t receive our item in time to gift it to a family member that we see once a year, a fact that didn’t seem to move Evelyn a bit. Won't be ordering from them again. I would put 0 star if would be an option. ### 1/5 — Going to delete this app *2018-11-22, version 1.41.0* I got 2 books from them, I was trying to finish ordering my 3rd and just when you finish the editing and everything the price changes in the cart, so just to make sure it’s not me I saw that that’s what they do, pricing for $30 and charging $40 (amount of pics didn’t changed and/or size or quality didn’t changed). Too bad, their customer service doesn’t even answer emails 👎🏼 ### 1/5 — Genuine leather *2018-08-26, version 1.35.1* Made a few books when the company was called artisan state. So far I’ve made one book with the company under the new name. My most expensive book was the genuine leather lay flat book. It’s been a little over 2 years of having the book and the entire glued together book has falling apart. I’m so disappointed. The book was beautiful and was filled with pictures of my first born but is of no use anymore. Complete waste of money. ### 2/5 — App Glitches & bugs driving me CRAZY! *2021-01-10, version 2.3.9* I love ZNO products and have a ton of their little black books, but recently their app is constantly glitching and unexpectedly quitting (I lose all my work) so I end up giving up! It freezes for long periods of time and sometimes will open and other times the whole app quits. Honestly, it’s the buggiest app on my phone.
