## What is ZNTH Training?

ZNTH aims to be a platform that incorporates the knowledge of human movement into the rehabilitation of sporting-based injuries and enhancing athletic performance.

Combining evidence-based recommendations derived from research with biomechanical principles, we give you the necessary tools to propel your own training to greater lengths. 

This application is to access member workouts, diet plans and rehabilitation programs
