I had issues installing their app for a month plus now and they can’t even fix it. I have been communicating with them yet no respond or follow up, I am always the one asking them if they have fixed it yet no positive reply. They aren’t serious business people , just some bunch of lazy people who aren’t ready to make their app better

Made a transfer it took 2 days to get completed 🙌🏻🙌🏻and right now I just did another transfer about an hour ago but still processing rates are good but very very extremely slow in transfers

The have problems with their services instead of suspending the service they take you money and can process your transfer. This is inconsiderate and selfish. Made a transfer is over five hours my mobile money transfer is still processing!!!!
