I relied on ZOC to transcribe and store my lecture notes for the semester, only to find out they’re deleting my transcriptions before the semester is even over! Why would anyone pay for a study app that erases crucial information right when you need it most—during finals?! To make matters worse, I’ve sent multiple requests to their support team, and I’m still waiting for a response. Days have passed, and instead of fixing the problem, even more of my notes are disappearing. It’s like they don’t care at all about their users’ academic success. ZOC is unreliable and untrustworthy.
