The sales person will tell you that once you sign up with them they will screen reviews so that 4 or higher will go on Google and that never happened clients go on Google directly. They tell you that after each visit clients will get a review request from them, that doesn’t happen as soon as you sign up they tell you to have your clients scan the QR code in the app ?! I can do that on my own! They tell you that they will “organically” rank you higher on Google. You can do that on your own, get more review from your clients (they won’t do it for you, you still have to do it on your own) then also post pictures weekly daily on Google and also write in the blogs. This service is NOT WORTHY at all!!! Plus they use SO MUCH sales pressure, constantly calling you and they had me on the phone with so many people once I said I was done with them just for them to mock me and try to convince me that they got 90% of my leads LOL( my past clients and cliente from other marketing efforts) what did I pay them for? Please save your hard earned dollars and do marketing on instagram, TikTok and do your own “organic” marketing on google. This is not worth your time or money. TERRIBLE! ### 1/5 — Poor coustomer service *2025-11-06, version 3.2.1* The app seems great but the coustomer service and other aspects don’t work. They promise to be collections reviews from my existing clients and also get new reviews from the new clients. I have not seen many new clients all the leads are my own existing clients.Their coustomer support in abroad so no responses . ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-10-28, version 3.2.0* There is always a activity issue. They promise to deliver stuff, but they never do then investment is really high and outcome is not even 50%. I was with them for about four months to get the business. The promises they made, and they did not kept even 50% of it ### 1/5 — Zoca’s team is a fraud *2025-09-10, version 3.1.1* Ever since I signed my business up with this app, I received extortion text and bad reviews. I don’t recommend this app or team to work with ### 1/5 — Hijacks Your Business Page, Won’t Disconnect *2025-08-30* Their “AI bot” (Zoey) spams prospective clients with several annoying messages as soon as their lead info is entered through the tool. By the time I personally reach out, clients are already irritated and often tell me to stop contacting them. Instead of helping my business, Zoca has actively damaged my customer relationships. When I signed up, it was originally under Chrone (which had much better performance), but they transitioned into Zoca, and everything went downhill. Even though they’ll try to convince you that “your data looks great,” the reality is very different, my revenue has dropped since using them. I strongly caution other business owners: do your research and read the reviews for Chrone as well. They’re spot on. ### 1/5 — SCAM!!!! Do not use this *2025-08-21* I strongly recommend not using this company. Do not trust cheap SEO agencies. I first met Zoca at the Beauty Convention in Las Vegas, where they built a demo website for me in just five minutes. Afterward, they linked it with my Google Business Profile and offered a 7-day trial. The very next day, I got a call from Zoca. During our discussion, I discovered that their website could not connect directly to our online booking system. I clearly told them: if they couldn’t solve this issue, they needed to delete it immediately. Instead, they kept promising they could fix it and kept extending the time. When I asked them to confirm deletion, they said it was done. But in reality, it was not. The domain remained on Google, which confused my existing clients and even blocked new bookings for about two weeks. On top of that, I had to spend extra money to fix the algorithm changes caused by their edits. In the end, it was a total waste of both time and money. They repeatedly say they can do things they clearly cannot.
