- خدمة العملاء متعب في التعامل والرد ولا يعطيك كلام واضح
التطبيق سيء من ناحية التواصل مع خدمة العملاء، بطيء والموظف ما يرد عليك، يضيع الوقت وإذا رد يعطيك فقط كلام عام 
- تتبع الشحنات سىء، تبقى الشحنة بدون تحديث عادي اسبوعين

الطلبيات تاخذ شهر الي شهرين وخدمة عملاء محد يرد عليك ونظام عمله من 10 الصبح يبداء و نظامهم نفس نظام الوسيط هو يطلب لك من مواقع صينيه لو تطلب انت مباشره من علي اكسبرس او اي هيرب او امازون ارخص لك واسرع .. نصيحه لا تضيع  وقتك مع زود 
والنجمه كثيره عليهم

They don't know how to run the businesses, have no experience at all, their customer service is horrible, the order gets stuck for 10 days without updates, and when u call you get the same sentence it is in the way then you wait for another 10 days and so on, the tracking system is horrible, the application is even worse, once you put the order you have no way to cancel even if you don't receive it. The order is showing out of stock and still, they will take your money and place the order but you will never get it. Horrible experience on all levels. I will complain to the law authorities about them no doubt. But I have to wait for their bogus cycle first. In brief, DONT DONT, don't waste your money and time with them it is not worth it.
