I won a jackpot- the first time I was offline in the fast game but after winning the game AND the jackpot, instead of crediting my jackpot earnings like usual, it froze up and the winni didn't transfer. I spend more money than I should play this game so when I hit a jackpot it's a welcomed big deal. A one time occurrence is something I could write off as bad luck but happening three times is not only inexcusable but borderline suspect.
