Getting it instantly in a very readable format you can create PDFs from is wonderful. No bugging camera; no transcription errors. Signed up for the full year on day one. ### 5/5 — Love This App *2020-06-17* I’ve been using this app for years and find it extremely helpful. Now, during a pandemic, this app should take the place of camera reports. We used to use log books and that was a pain to share. Everyone in my department got the app and now we all have each other's notes right away. The keyboards are intuitive and make entering data very easy. Searching is amazing. Everything is clear and easy to read. I love the color coding of the entries by their cameras. Little details like the "reload" and "letter up" keyboard buttons are really appreciated. As an individual developer, in order to continue working on ZoeLog, it needs to make enough money to support me working on it full time. Wish you could rearrange the entries after they’re entered. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review. You can rearrange entries. In the entry list, tap the “more” (…) button in the navigation bar, and select “move entries”. I’ve consistently forgotten to circle takes in a timely fashion because I have no one coming up to me with completed camera reports. I’d love to be notified every time camera reloads with the option to be notified every time a new setup and/or take was added. Filled it out and clicked sign up, but it doesn’t go anywhere or show any sort of dialog as to why it didn’t want to work. Hope that gets fixed. Update: so the app doesn’t seem to recognize auto fill at all (like auto filling email addresses) but there’s no warning to tell you that so it just appears to not work until you try typing it in. Would love for the app to expand some functionality though so VFX Data Wranglers can use ZoeLog as a VFX Database - feel like this is very doable with a few tweaks that could be optional while setting up a project. No more using productions clunky .word or .excel files after 12+ hour days to write camera reports! Also team editing/logging for multiple cams and teams! ### 5/5 — Changed the workflow for better *2022-11-10* I have limited experience writing camera reports but I have enough to know how much easier this software makes your life better with the workflow. Since I started using this, there have been updates. You can tell they’re trying to improve the app as the industry gets busier and a lot younger. ### 5/5 — Great app for on-set *2022-11-09* As a script supervisor, ZoeLog has made the work flow so much easier. No more paper reports (which was good during pandemic) and the Camera Assistants put the info in ZoeLog, I circled the rakes for their report and note down the info I need for the editors. So good! ### 5/5 — Easy Organization *2021-11-22* Our team has been using Zoelog for a couple seasons now and it has been such a great tool. Everyone, including the script supervisor, are able to be on the same page and collaboratively keep all of the work documented, even when some crew are off on a splinter or second unit. The dev is extremely responsive as well. They were able to patch the app and release an update within 24hrs of me bringing an issue to their attention.
