### 1/5 — Please respond

So٫ I'm on the gnome challenge rn, but when I click the ACTUAL GNOME WITH THE FLOWER it says -1 point and I’m like, WHAT?! That’s why I give this one star.

### 2/5 — It’s ok

*2020-05-05*

It’s a pretty good point and click adventure game. But the mini game with the gnomes and the flower? Infuriating. I don’t think I should get so mad at a normally laid back style of game. I wish I had a gnome to shatter every time I spend over 5 minutes trying to get past the dumb gnomes.
If most of the time I spent playing was on the actual point and click game, it’d be better, but instead it’s spent on the gnomes.
A way to solve the gnome problem, as you fail more, it gets a little more easy, either that, or when you get it wrong, you just don’t lose a flower, that would take sooooo much less time to complete then, and it may even be fun, and you could get back to the actual game quicker. Then you won’t get stuck on a rage inducing mini game, and mini games are supposed to be short little segments that’s why they’re called Mini games, the gnomes could classify as a complete other game with how long it takes.

One plus I have to say is the pixelated art style is nice, and even in small animations is still nice and not stiff, like pixel tends to cause. But the fact it is sometimes inconsistent with other elements of the game, that are non pixel style, makes it less appealing.

I don’t have much else to say, since I never got past the first ‘mini game’ with the gnomes. I can know say, I hate gnomes with a burning passion.

Would not recommend to people who don’t plan to spend an hour on a ‘mini’ game. Though if I ever do manage to get past that first gnome bit, I’ll add to/change my review accordingly.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review. And sorry if the gnomes caused your blood pressure to rise. If it helps, a hint we have is to watch for a tell. Gnomes are not honest by nature but they aren't good card players either. Wink. Wink.

### 3/5 — Interesting

I like the story, but the controls are a bit annoying as you have to tap to make her walk a short distance and tap again to let her interact, as opposed to just having her follow where you tap.

### 3/5 — Looks Promising

*2020-05-25*

I'm interested in the game but the gnome challenge is way too difficult! I would suggest at the very least that points not be deducted when you choose the wrong gnome. I have spent around two hours trying to beat the gnome challenge and I haven't been able to collect more than three flowers.

I would also suggest a hint system as I can't find a walkthrough or tutorial of the game. Great work; it looks like an awesome game and I would love to complete it.

### 3/5 — Gnome challenge

*2020-03-18*

Odd game. I think there’s an error in the gnome challenge.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, Chrisiana. We definitely agree the game has a quirky vibe. As far as the gnome challenge goes, it's our experience that gnomes cannot be trusted. So perhaps look for a tell when trying to figure out which one is holding the flower? Wink. Wink.

### 4/5 — good start. small continuity bug to mention

*2022-08-31*

That was a fun beginning. It will be a good game.
If you try using the hand on the bug before talking to the bug, it says something like, "You forgot about the teeth," but I hadn't used the eye on the bug yet, so I didn't know about the teeth. You should either make the hand message change if you've seen the eye message or change the hand message so that it makes sense independently of the eye message.

### 4/5 — Irritating

*2020-09-05*

The controls are awkward. Repeat. -- it's not intuitive.

### 5/5 — I love this game!

*2021-11-03*

This game is so wonderful :) The plot was very interesting and I really liked all the extra dialogue found when trying all options on every item. I don’t understand why others are commenting on the controls of the game since it was really easy to control and find what items needed to be interacted with. The game was a right balance of fun yet challenging. The gnome game and the tool game were really confusing at first but after getting used to it, it was such a satisfying feeling to beat them. I cant wait for chapter 2! Thanks for the game :D

### 5/5 — Like the game but...

*2020-04-17*

I was getting into the game but I can’t figure out what they want me to do with the tools in the shed..can I get some help please:/

**Developer response:** Some tools are a bit heavier than others. And it's hard to get them to hang in a nice straight line until you get them just the right order. In our experience finding balance in life is key to health, happiness and hanging tools.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2020-03-17*

This game will keep you hooked. Looking forward to the release of chapter 2!
