I really do love this game. I like how you can pick your options for certain situations. But I got level 84 and now I can’t advance in the story I’ve tried to delete the app redownload it but it didn’t work. I hope you fix this.

It keeps saying -1/12 and the level screen is just a picture, it is not letting me do the quests. I’ve even deleted my account and the app and restarted but still is doing it

It’s sad, I really enjoy the game actually. But I can’t progress. I can’t play the levels but I can’t make any of the customization options. After beating the first episode, progress is stuck at -1/12 for episode 2 and I’ve tried the standard troubleshooting to fix it with nothing to work. Unfortunately, the design element is often what draws me to these match-3 games so I can’t personally look past this bug

I’m stuck on level 1301 , it’s been updated and it’s not letting me play the levels now, can you tell me why this is ?  I’m on episode 16 and it says progress -1/10 but not letting me play it?

I love this game, however i’m stuck at episode 11. I completed the market but it’s showing as incomplete and says “-1/9” for the episode progress

i’ve tried force closing it and reopening but it won’t change! i can play the levels but can’t use the stars earned to progress :(

i don’t want to delete and reinstall in case i lose all my progress! help!!

ตกแต่งห้องได้แค่ Episode เดียว Episodeที่ 2 กดเข้าไปตกแต่งไม่ได้ เล่นไปจนด่าน 100 ก็ยังตกแต่งไม่ได้ ลบโหลดใหม่ก็เหมือนเดิม ลบบัญชีทิ้งเริ่มใหม่ก็เหมือนเดิม อยากตกแต่งห้องค่ะ🥹

Why is there not more to the story? Im on almost level 1,000, and there’s no more story line. This is a five star game with a three star ending. Loved it but wish the game developers finished the story.

リセットしてレベル1からやろうとして削除しようとして削除という単語をいくら入力しても単語が違いますと出て来てしまい、リセットできません。削除という言葉を入力して下さいと書いてあるのにその通りに入力すれば単語が違いますと出て来るのはどういう事なのか全く理解できません。早急にお願いします。

I’m in the 1200s and there haven’t been episodes for a while. Probably a month and a half. Takes the fun out of the game. Will there be new episodes soon?

I downloaded this game because it looked really interesting. Really enjoyed playing the first couple of days. As I went higher up in the game and came to the harder levels I noticed that the are only giving around 15 moves which is just awful. I get it on some of the easier one but when it says hard or super hard level there needs to be more moves not less!! Not sure that I will keep playing this game because if I lose all 5 lives on one level it’s not worth it to me to invest in anything more.

The glitches had happened three times and I have had it. The game is good and all but the glitches are pissing me off. I had wasted money to get more moves and I won and the game kicked me out. Then I log back in to continue, thinking that the game had logged my progress but it didn’t then I noticed that it ate my money and sent me back to a level I had just cleared.

Game was good until the luxury league, now you have to pass level after level to unlock it and still no decorating and no more storyline. If I wanted to just pass levels I’d play candy crush!
