We’ve had to wait because the driver is stuck in traffic - totally understandable. Then we used it in Abu Dhabi. No traffic. We waited over an hour and a half. You are not able to control how much time driver spends during the trip during per-minute drives. In my case, daytime trip Dubai-Sharjah took 110 minutes, usually it takes 50-60 minutes. When I raised this with support team they responded with copy-paste response and relied on drivers words. I was lucky to have WhatsApp message from garage manager, accepting car to the service, which was dates 15 minutes before driver ended the trip. But this evidence was only sufficient for dispute of 15 minutes, however I think case when driver is not finishing per-minute trip intentionally should leave to in-depth investigation. Unfortunately it seems drivers can cancel jobs even after they’ve been booked and accepted, which left us waiting 2 hours for a ride even after we had specifically pre booked to avoid such problems. The drivers are great once you get them but unfortunately the company seems more interested in profits than customer service. My family can drive in the comfort of our own car when I’m not available to drive. For us, the child seat is non negotiable- that pretty much puts taxi booking apps out of consideration. Moreover, I do not plan in advance, since they arrive within 10 minutes usually wherever I’m.
