It is a great product and hits the mark on ease of use, power and cost With the recent changes they made in UI working on safari from iPad is much improved. But the app is still a much better experience. It would be great if they could figure out how to allow branding of app as we do for our white label solution. Also... would love an Apple TV app too ! Great app ... great product ### 5/5 — Great App *2017-09-14* I am a Zoho customer and have been very pleased with their progress, especially in the data analytics arena. It keeps on getting better as well and this app comes in handy on the go. I have been pleased using this app and I would recommend Zoho Reports as a business intelligence tool with not only Zoho products, but for data from other applications and also for unstructured data and Excel uploads. Try scheduling a data import from Google Drive and creating some reports. Everything is configurable! Well done by Zoho. Almost a year now in using this, our business is using the tool daily for real time visibility of our activities from diverse range of data feeds (SQL, Salesforce, websites, Excel files, etc.). Very easy to deploy and maintain and very cost effective. When I saw Zoho Reports available for the iPad, I thought I'd give it a try. My biggest gripes is that you can't edit or create reports on the iPad version. And, the selection of the displayed thumbnails could be easier, it took a long time to figure it out. ### 3/5 — Daily user for many years… *2023-07-20* It’s great on a computer or iPads but it has it’s challenges on mobile. The information we pull is daily, monthly, and yearly sales along with specific customer sales. It’s easy and fluid on a larger screen device (iPad, laptop), however on your phone when you are about to see a customer it is very challenging and almost unusable if you need to pull it with your phone. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Seems to always be stuck in dashboard mode and nit in operation mode. ### 4/5 — Would Love An AppleTV or Apple Watch Dashboard App *2019-05-31* To be honest I have played much with this, as the individual apps have plenty of builtin reporting. Zoho across apps can be sometimes confusing as there are sometimes redundancies or overlapping features in individual apps (ex: invoicing or campaigns in CRM vs invoicing in Books/Invoice or campaigns in Zoho Campaigns/Social/MarketingHub) so figuring out which is best to use in some cases is confusing. That said would love to see a simple to configure universal dashboarding app for Apple TV (and maybe even Apple Watch) where we can easily push certain graphs, charts or tasks of our choosing from all the Zoho apps and view them in one place to get a snapshot of our business. An Apple TV version would be great for a conference room where we could see top level charts or graphs of common business things like - new leads, deals, gaming or forecasts, real-time & Weekly/monthly site traffic, most popular pages, recent campaign open/click rates, google/Facebook/bing ad performance, top lead sources, social comments, upcoming payments or receiveables due, etc. It would also be great if it could data from sources outside of Zoho (via API or feeds). I’m not sure if Analytics would be the best solution for an Apple TV version but it seems like a logical choice. Otherwise perhaps a flagship product might be the best place for an Apple TV dashboard app (CRM or Books for example) or one that offers the most universal features or third party connectors already to facilitate the data aggregation. Anyway, just wanted to make the suggestion. I love that you have been working on refreshing UI’s and making more of a universal suite interface across products (rather than isolated apps) that simplifies things for us. It really is all encompassing and they have great customer service. Though the software can be a bit challenging for the non-specialist to work with and set up,it has many great features and functionality. ### 5/5 — 100% happy customer *2020-01-17, version 3.1.2* I'm a Reporting and Analytics consultant. I want a reporting solution for my business truly top class, versatile, more importantly mobile friendly and on the cloud. They checked all the boxes 👍🏼. Some free trials are very limited in functionality and usuability. But with this, I literally kept going for months together with their free version and now upgrading. As a reporting consultant for SMB this is the best you can think of. why it is the best: Awesome data connectors very simple excel like UI SQL query writing (mind blown) best in class prebuilt visualisation. and access management and scheduling. Take it from the expert, you wont regret, this is most cost effective and best analytics soln. at the same time. if you are not a reporting guy, dont worry. they have an amazing AI engine ZIA to help you out with all possible pre built reports. try out their prebuilt reports on FB Analytics, get your mind blown I can go on and on. to cut it short this is the best. it might look like a paid review but it is truely not. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Unlimited Potential *2020-01-14* We have been using ZoHo Analytics for over 2 years now and we still learn about different features every day! The support team and sometimes even the developers provide wonderful educational content so you’re never left to your devices. The mobile app allows us to view our metrics in the field and on the go with up to the hour live data. Overall it has allowed us to increase or efficiency as a company and identify other areas to improve. We use it within our company for dashboard reporting on a range of operational and sales data. It is very customizable to fit our business tracking needs & has so many features & options. It helps report closing deals & getting deals to closing, and tracking back on all those who have worked on that deals. It also is customizable to continue with tracking and following up. I highly recommend Zoho reports along with their many features for a complete business clients tracking solution.
