If you are an existing Calendly user looking to move to Zoho Bookings, my recommendation is to think carefully about what you like about the Calendly system and what you would miss if it wasn’t available in Zoho Bookings. For me I chose to switch because I was becoming increasingly invested in using the Zoho stack for our startup business. We were Calendly users and switched to Bookings and in the main we are happy with that decision. The Zoho mobile apps are generally good to use but they do lack some functionality that creates unnecessary user friction, like not being able to edit aspects of a booking once it has been made. I would like to change the assigned consultant from time to time but can’t seem to do that using the mobile app. It is not a deal breaker and possibly the team will include this type of functionality in the future. Overall it is a solid 4 stars from me.

The app says that there has been a problem on the side not getting fixed

I cannot get this app to allow me to book anyone.  It doesn’t show my upcoming appointments I checked to make sure that I was logged into the correct account and I am. I know that I have an appointment tomorrow evening and several this week, but they are not showing in the app. So if I can’t book through it, and I can’t view my upcoming appointments through it I’m not entirely sure what this app is supposed to be used for.

Overriding your normal business hours is way too tedious.  I’m a sole proprietor and I work when I want to, but I certainly don’t want people to be able to book me anytime.  So I limit my hours.  Trying to make an exception to those hours is not easy.  This app would be a lot more useful to me if I could make changes in my own schedule from the same window where I’m making the appointment instead of having to exit out of the appointment, go in, adjust the special business hours, which apparently you can’t do in the app, or at least it’s not anywhere intuitive, and then go back into the appointment to change the hours.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to back out of and restart an appointment because I forgot it was outside of my regular business hours.  Maybe this is just specific to me but the last scheduling app I had Wood allow me to override my business hours from inside the appointment screen.

Hello! What kind of app does not have not have any sort of app notifications??  Can’t find it in settings and nothing within the app. The only way to know someone made an appointment is by email.
