Everything works well until you get to the point of creating content

Poor mobile experience 
- you can’t access your saved templates 
- there is no easy delete to a section in the current template making it very difficult to even simply type text and send a basic email 

Would appreciate it if the content creating part could be fixed asap

Unable to resize images in templates. Good otherwise.

Can’t even email my campaign templates on mobile? What’s the point of the app? If I need to schedule my campaigns to send I can do that from my computer before I leave. This is a dumb oversight.

### 3/5 — Great app but some important functionality is limited/glitchy.

Pretty good app but I keep having to “creatively rig” my process to get what I want done. 

Here are the two main limitations I’m struggling with:

- Can’t add or change the subject to anything with a % sign (it says server error if you do). Pretty important if you’re advertising a sale. Can’t even successfully clone a previous campaign that has a % in the subject line without the aforementioned error. 

- Can’t add or change any sender name/address on a new campaign or a clone campaign edit. If you do it also results in server error.

With regard to the scenario that you had reported with adding/changing a sender name/address, ideally this should not be the case. We would like to get an insight into the issue. Can’t create subjects with more than one word. Can’t edit subject. Can’t create new campaigns.  Very buggy.

Great app, features look great, easy to use. Definitely good for use of checking statuses & statistics of campaigns.

Unfortunately no way to use the app to “create” campaigns yet... which I hope will come soon as that would be very handy to create on the go!

### 1/5 — SENT THE WRONG EMAIL

I have edited one of Zohos templates and replace it with our company’s logo and content. As soon as we sent it, Zoho sent the original template instead. I was lost for words. We to an extent, was humiliated. I have screen shots as proof too.

Nowhere do they tell you you have to pay A LOT to send more than 6k emails per month. And I mean a lot! Avoid avoid avoid.

Clunky and glitchy when editing. Not intuitive. Needs automatic data sync with contact lists from Zoho CRM. Unable to create dynamic geographic links to personalise campaigns.

The app offers a button to Edit the email, click on it and it said “cannot edit on mobile”

App offers a “Clone Campaign” button, click on it and add the list and click done. Click “send for review” it said “cannot send because no lists selected”

Utterly useless

**Developer response:** willi-k, thank you for updating the review. You can edit all the basic info added to the campaign except for the template/preview created on the web. However, you can edit the mobile created templates from both mobile and web. We are working on smoothening the ?UX and will have this addressed in our updates over time.

With regard to associating mailing lists we faced a minor glitch in associating mailing lists where the added lists were not getting synced to the server. This is now addressed. This app is completely useless. All it is good for us to see who has opened your campaign. Compete waste of space on a phone

Please test the app before deploying. It wastes 10 times the time required to run or check or do anything with a campaign. 

I m a paid subscriber and I feel it reduces my productivity and May cause me to choose other service providers.

App not working on iOS 13.5 version. Tried to use on iphone 8 with latest iOS update. App try to open and then closes automatically. Zoho crm and survey apps are working fine. 

Maybe its due to no update provided for this app by Zoho for quite some time. 

Pls update.

never works on the phone. Not able to sign out or in, constantly messes up my accounts, showing zero campaign when there are 2 active .... had to use safari. This app is useless

Zoho Campaigns works great and has improved a lot recently with new features and reports. Only complaint, it doesn’t have a full featured App for the iPad... this would make it a 5 star!

While scheduling a campaign from the app, it doesn’t let you choose a mailing list. Kindly rectify the same.

The app is good with fresh new look and it’s very easy to navigate through the app. But it needs improvements: - schedule campaigns not seen - widgets don’t refresh to recent campaigns. Also after the update once clicked on the campaign it doesn’t show names of the people who opened campaign and the ones who clicked on the link in the campaign. Instead now it just shows the preview of the email. Please fix it.

Update: We've an updated version of the app which addresses the issue that you had reported with the names of the people who opened the campaign not showing up. Please do update to the latest version from the App store

By default, the sent campaigns are shown in the Campaigns list view.  You can also access them by going to the filter available at the bottom left of the list view and select 'All' or any specific status you would like to filter based on your requirement.

With regard to the widget, the reports summary widget displays the summary of the last sent campaign by default. Whenever a new campaign is sent, the widget will switch and display the summary details of the latest campaign that was sent. However, if the widget is edited and a campaign is selected manually, it will not change and display the summary of the last sent campaign post this change.
