Never works with Commerce sales, only Books orders. Always throws errors and the dev team doesn’t care enough to fix it. Better off using inventory and books apps instead.

**Update**
Zoho’s response isn’t helpful. Reached out twice, waste of time. Switching to Shopify.

I use Zoho Commerce primarily due to its integrations with the rest of the Zoho finance suite. 

Good store. Still learning customization.
