Anyway the app is great! ### 4/5 — Except for one item *2024-08-09* I sincerely enjoy the app, its pretty intuitive to use and that makes it super easy. However, one thing I would find very beneficial would the ability to duplicate a previously filled out form. For example, I am using the app to maintain my inventory. I have several SEVERAL like items, that it would be nice to fill it out once and then go, “duplicate” or something similar so I wouldn’t have to put in 100 different pages for like items. There are very few limitations to this app. It does have a little learning curve as any program of this type but if your form is simple than the learning is simple. Great for businesses that need an accountability check list. The only complaint I have is, you have to back the structure of the form up by renaming and sharing to another device. Regards, Team Zoho Forms. ### 1/5 — Update 5.6.53 zerstört Formulare auf dem iPad *2021-06-04* Achtung: Das Update 5.6.53 zerstört das Formularlayout der bestehenden Formulare in der App. Die Darstellung der Formulare im Browser und in der App waren (leider und unverständlicher weise) immer komplett unterschiedlich. Da wir ausschließlich mit iPads arbeiten wurden daher alle Formulare auf das iPad angepasst. Scheinbar wurde nun versucht dies urplötzlich und ohne Vorwarnung anzugleichen, mit dem Resultat dass die Formulare unübersichtlich und quasi nicht mehr benutzbar werden. Wir haben keine Möglichkeit gefunden die Ansicht zu ändern. In der Vergangenheit wurde auch schon der (schlechte) Web Formulareditor unbrauchbar gemacht. Hier muss man für jedes Feld ein extra Fenster für die Einstellungen öffnen und wieder schließen. Vorher wurden die Einstellungen einfach dauerhaft und übersichtlich neben den Feldern angezeigt. So kann es nicht weitergehen, wir überlegen unser Abo zu kündigen und uns nach einer alternative umzusehen. ### 1/5 — Constant crashes. It is massively difficult to stop your subscriptions to zoho when you don’t need them any more. Their support is non-existent and rarely respond, and there is no help desk phone number to call, nor online chat with real agents. It has helped to drive efficiency and reporting throughout our organization and has been a Huge step up from our legacy systems under Microsoft, QB etc. All the modules are integrated, allowing for seamless integration across the organization. Not perfect, especially in accounting areas but the entire platform continues to improve over time. We’ve been using over a year and it’s definitely been worth the transition.
