I have my calendar options set to Monday as the week’s starting day. The calendar widget has adjusted the day numbers and the highlighted day to reflect that but, has not adjusted the headings (S, M, T, W, etc) showing Sunday as the week’s start. No support. No acknowledgment. No ticket for support. I keep contacting them. They detached my cell number from the account too. I’m testing out the free Zoho email before purchasing an upgrade but this is a nightmare. They need to acknowledge me and fix things fast. It happens quite often which I think is a bug. Now my SPF is disabled due to some issue I have no clue about. Now I can’t access my business email account which I require to run my consulting business. Now I have to tell clients to email my generic gmail address and can’t get the help I need from helpdesk unless I upgrade to a higher paid account. Frustrated ### 1/5 — Can’t recommend *2026-08-15, version 3.6* I have used Zoho for 5 yrs now. It was great for the ability to create additional user emails. I have had my mail blocked for incoming/outgoing several times without an easy fix to upgrade storage. I have to go through and delete emails. Many times it will log me out on laptop and send PW reset to the email it prevents me receiving mail instead of my phone. ### 1/5 — Shared Mailbox Issues *2026-08-10* 1) Can’t delete phishing / spam in shared mailboxes. 2) No access to messages marked as spam. 3) Cannot easily check actual URL of link. This means major security risks. Makes this almost useless. Please don’t reply telling me to contact support. Update: Got a reply saying it is possible. Not seeing this anywhere. I only see: Add to favorites, Watch, Copy Permalink, Tas as… Note: I am talking about **Shared** mailboxes. **Developer response:** @Saitama, the app allows you to delete emails and the emails marked as spam will be available in the spam folder. They sell your info and your paid mail account is covered in spam.
