If one person gets to a chance to avoid the hell I’ve had running my business through this company, they’re gonna save themselves a lot of stress a lot of hassle and money. However if you do like horrendous customer service nonexisting customer service products that malfunctioning constantly and your continuously having to deal with complaints from staff customers clients and partners about how bad the software is then this is your company to use.

Zoho One was the worst experience I’ve had with a software company. I’d used several Zoho standalone products with success and the then decided to do an annual Zoho One test. They assign an account rep who is worthless for helping and just ties together more subscriptions. We finally blocked his email. Then had to spend a lot of time on forums trying to figure out the integrations. You can find a live person and if you do, can’t understand them. Never again.

After I sent the review above, they left the standard “We’re sorry and we’ve added people and gotten better in the last year” response. Don’t believe it since this week they shut down our prepaid Zoho One account over a month before it expired and then took two days to correct their error. As a result, our  customer website was down that entire time and we couldn’t take orders or access our business data. But we did get another email asking if we’d like to add more services / applications to our account. Terrible.

App has been inaccessible for a while now. For the monthly fee our organization pays, it should never be offline.

We are starting to use Zoho One for our business, the suite looks good and so far no issues, however, reading through reviews over 4 years old about the app not being native to iPadOS it is a big let down as it seems the Zoho Corporation has not taken customers review seriously!!! 

I’m sure you have a development roadmap and can truly answer my question as to when a native iPad app will be release and not a reused version of the iOS app.

### 1/5 — Pathetic excuse for accessibility

As someone with a visual impairment, this entire platform is absolutely horrific for anyone who uses a screen reading software. Neither my Microsoft nor my iOS screen reading software can make this platform usable. zoho is  constantly logging me out and my screen reader cannot find the login button to allow me to log back in. And my employer who installed a remote hacking device can't even launch zoho assist remotely to hack into my computer, because again my screen reading software cannot find or  interact with the button to allow and give permission for remote access. pathetic excuse for accessibility; for anyone with a visual impairment that uses screen reading software
