The computer version of the program is fantastic. The app for your phone is good to see what needs to be done but terms of project management. Clicking on items in the Notifications list crashes the app about 25% of the time. I have crash reporting turned on in the settings so maybe they are getting them. The My Issues list hardly ever syncs with the server, I often have to go into Settings and reset the app to force it to pull down the current list. ### 1/5 — Fix it *2024-02-23, version 3.7.11* I wish I could use this app on mobile. But the filtering does not work at all. When trying to filter by a release milestone, if your project has a lot of them, good luck! Does not work. However, while using the app, it frequently crashes and closes unexpectedly. Additionally, the mobile app interface is quite different from the browser version, and many features available on the browser are missing in the app. Widgets are also not available, which further limits usability. Overall, the mobile application does not provide a good user experience and is significantly behind Asana in terms of stability, features, and usability. As a paying customer, I request you to: * Resolve the frequent app crash issue. * Bring the mobile app closer to feature parity with the browser version. * Introduce widget support and improve the overall user experience. We look forward to hearing from you. ### 1/5 — Loads of bugs *2025-09-16* It’s really useful having this as an app as it allows me to plan my work tasks whilst on the go. But I use the calendar view a lot as it’s the easiest way for us to plan out our projects and tasks, but more often than not, refreshing the calendar just randomly removes all the tasks and events from view and I can’t get them back without closing the app down. No matter how many times I reset the filters, the tasks don’t reappear. The desktop version is absolutely fine, but I have had some instances where because the app has removed certain tasks from view I don’t realise I have upcoming deadlines. After doing so I sign into the app only to see that it’s a free access version only and my companies projects aren’t listed.
