So responses from various ads are automatically uploaded and can be reviewed by a number of people in the organization. It would help if all notes on candidates could be kept here as well. In our organization the CEO reviews resumes and gives thumbs up or down. Then one of a few staff schedule the person for an interview with the department head that is hiring. All of us could be on this app, see candidates progress through the steps and read various reviews and comments. ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes *2018-12-23* The new version that was just released constantly crashes once it is opened. Lots of issues with the App. Zoho Support have been notified of my latest issue 2 days ago, but unfortunately despite raising this particular issue on their Zoho Cares email account, no person from the company has even responded to me. The desk top top version is great but the mobile App is shockingly poor. I am looking for a new recruit platform! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-05-03* I don’t think I’ve ever left an app review before but this app is simply the worst I’ve ever used. It crashes within 15 seconds of opening, every single time. Perfect for on the go needs. Just a few touches to the online UI and it’s the perfect platform. ### 4/5 — Customer support is great, app could be smoother *2024-11-20, version 4.0.21* It does everything you would expect from a CRM, occasional bugs/some specific things I would change (hence the 4 stars), but they seem to listen to your feedback and fix them quickly. Can't actually login to the app yet. 😕 Please fix. **Developer response:** We've fixed this issues now. Please update your App to the latest version (1.9.1). It should work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience. You weren't able to sign in to your Zoho Recruit app via the Google federated login because Google had made a change to its policy. However, we’re working to get back federated login while still being compliant with the policy change. You’ll be able to sign-in via Google in the next update. Please bear with us till then. ### 2/5 — App crashes *2025-01-06, version 4.0.22* It was a reasonably good app but recently, using the iPad, it’s started to crash on opening. ### 2/5 — With no way to sort applications stages the app is useless to me *2023-02-28* This app has a lot of potential and it seems to generally work well. BUT there is no way to actually sort applications and no way to sort candidates by their application stage. So, in my case, the app virtually useless for how I use Zoho ATS. I’m sure that many others are in the same boat. It’s unfortunate because the alternative way to use Zoho recuit on an iPad is in-browser. But that is quite buggy and unstable in-browser on the iPad. So there is no great way to use Zoho recruit within IOS or IPadOS. **Developer response:** The Applications feature is now live. Please update the app to the latest version.
