I’m paying 1049 for this monthly.

- please help us minimise signature even further

- pls speed up the app, takes long to load, upload

- should have the option of multiple signatures..

I’ve spent a while looking for an app that I can use to get my clients to sign contracts. As a builder this allows me to now send my contract digitally and have my customer signed them and emailed back to me as a PDF. Fantastic app and compared to other apps like DocuSign I get five free documents per month, this means if I only have a couple of contracts in a month because it costs me nothing if I have more than five contracts then I’ll pay but means it’s really flexible and almost a pay as you go which is amazing for new business to keep costs down . The only thing I would add to get the app to be improved would be to allow the customers freehand signature instead of a digitally created signature. Other than that the app is absolutely excellent and will be using and would highly recommend. My customers love it.

Sizing of boxes are off, Can’t delete boxes once you choose them and the dropdown autofill on email address’s you can’t see.

When someone sends you a document to sign it’s absolutely terrible. It automatically adds the date, it makes me put in a initial for a middle name. Even if you don’t have one. It’s puts in dates for other things that wouldn’t need them. There’s also a tag following you everywhere showing you what to write in that area. Even when I exit out of it, it’s there for each and every portion.

**Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The “Sign Date” field represents the date and time of the document signed. It fills out automatically while signing. You can change your initial by getting into our application Settings > Profile. Similarly, If you don't want the signer hint or auto-scrolling to next field, you can disable it in the general settings page.

I don’t know if there was a new version today or some setting that changed, but suddenly it feels like I’m getting more notifications than I used to. There should be a way to turn off notifications I don’t want.

We are currently working on improvements, including the ability to turn notifications on or off directly from the mobile app. This feature will be available soon.

Please add:

- app needs to feel more native

- folder view like the iPad. Needs to be on the iPhone. 

- cannot change plan or buy Zoho sign credits from the app

- the signer experience needs to be more polished and professional like docusign 

- the email templates are early 2000s and don’t look professional. They allow you sole basic customization but they need to be default to be professional looking like docusign. 

- need to be able to set certain organization emails are used to send for certain templates (multiple brands and businesses in one account)

Good e-signature service and app. The app is essential on mobile (iPad) because the website does not work well on mobile Safari: chiefly, the web UI design of having scrolling section within a scrolling page makes it difficult if not impossible to access the bottom of some sections or pages. The app does not suffer from those problems but unfortunately it is missing some key features, like setting default values for fill-in fields, ability to resize fields and snap them into position, and managing contacts. Also, when editing templates the app has a nasty habit of arbitrarily changing the font size in text fields, sometimes even just from rotating the iPad between landscape and portrait mode. In general, it seems the UI design did not take into consideration landscape mode. Addressing those deficiencies would go a long way to improving the experience using the app.

I really want to love this app but I need to stamp docs after signing and that feature is not available like it is with Adobe. I have a Zoho one subscription so I would hate to have to use another app simply for its stamp feature. Please add.

It’s a pretty nice app so far I don’t understand why I can’t make duplicates to who I’m sending to. Each individual person I have to drag a field in. I don’t know why it doesn’t allow you to just duplicate the first one for everyone else I’m sending it to.

For every single document I have to click the user agreement button. This wastes lot of time when signing multiple documents. 
After signing again have to click finish. And after that “done”. This is again unnecessary.

I have Zoho One and I’m shocked that every business doesn’t know about it. Zoho Sign and Zoho Contracts are the icing on the cake!  Can’t believe how easy and intuitive they both are. If you are a Computer Science Engineer, you might go with Microsoft to justify your salary. If you want Rock Solid, easy to learn applications that are relevant for business, get Zoho One!
