Looks like its dropped off the road map? Pls add it ### 2/5 — Lot of bugs *2026-05-23* The app has too many issues that never get fixed. They need to fix these bugs because it is currently unusable. I tried to sync but nothing shows up. Without the ability to share, this is useless. The preferred default view (on app load) doesn’t actually appear without a couple of extra taps. And there’s no way to automatically create new tasks with high priority, which has been my normal workflow for years on other platforms. I wrote CS and was told that formatted text is not supported and that it’s a ’feature’ that they will eventually introduce. Really? In 2024? Embarrassing, but they don’t seem to think so. I like Zoho a lot, but these kinds of situations are common and reflect a lack of integrated vision for all their different products. ### 3/5 — Push notifications not working *2024-07-25, version 1.0.12* Is not sending any notification ios up to date ### 2/5 — Released too soon and with insufficient supporting documentation *2024-05-05, version 1.0.11* Anyone who follows me knows that I love, Zoho and I use most of their apps. I love the unified interface on the web that gives me one place to see all of my tasks and to do across CRM, Connect, Projects and Mail. However, this app doesn’t do that. It currently only supports Mail and therefore is of little value to an established Zoho user. Further for those people new to Zoho, it doesn’t offer sufficient supporting documentation advising people how to set it up correctly. For example, it doesn’t give you any information on how best to use categories or groups which is critical for users coming from the Microsoft platform or Google platform, that might not be accustomed to this way of thinking. I am 100% confident that in a years time this app will be worth its weight in gold but right now it’s for experimentation only. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Ipad App not working *2026-05-25, version 1.1* Tried reinstalling & logged in. Por exemplo, se você tem atividades recorrentes (diárias, semanais, mensais, anuais) quando realizar UMA e msrcá-la como concluída para TER CONTROLE do que está fazendo ou deixando de fazer, esse aplicativo marcará como concluídos TODAS as atividades futuras. Esse app só serve para tomar conta de atividades simples, mas mesmo para essas é preferível usar um bloco de notas do que este aplicativo. Além disso, faz parte de uma “suîte” com calendário, mas o app de tarefas e o calendário NÃO “conversam”. Ou seja, não baixem, isso aqui é inútil. ### 1/5 — Need ToDo App for CRM *2025-02-08* I like this app. If only it would integrate with my Task in Zoho CRM! You should make it clear to users it doesn’t do that so they don’t waste time trying to figure out how to integrate with CRM. Here is the thing…. Trying to work with the Task management in the Zoho CRM app is too difficult. We need an easier, faster way to manage CRM task on our devices. Not having that easy access causes me to have to use other ToDo apps versus using Zoho CRM for my task/To Do which is what I would prefer to use. This one seems the one but the more I tried it just didn't work. I was trying to add personal tasks and Family to share with my wife. It seems that most features are tied to companies or organizations than personal uses. Adding Group Tasks, contacts or importing from Reminders didn't work... Didn't sync. Solid option *2023-12-01* Since the initial release, the majority of bugs have been resolved. No critical issues remain. It’s stable now and if you are living in the zoho system I would recommend taking a look. It’s a good solid options for task management across platforms especially when you integrate in your workflows across zoho. However, when completing a task, it doesn’t clear from the Agenda instantly—requires a down-swipe refresh, which disrupts the flow. Please fix for a seamless UX! You can’t really move tasks around easily depending on sorting or type of option you have selected.
