There is no Zoho Vault app for macOS, this is the only version available. Please develop a version of the app that is native for macOS. This app crashes and lags. Not sure it was even tested on a Mac

I spent several years with LastPass, but a few days ago, I switched to Zoho Vault. I was bracing for a complicated migration, but the entire process was surprisingly easy. The data export function from LastPass to Zoho Vault worked perfectly, ensuring a seamless transfer of all my credentials. This smooth transition has allowed me to quickly settle into Zoho Vault and start exploring its features 🙂

Works best in MacOS and Linux with browser extension to auto fill and login. In IOS it’s good but manual clicks to fill passwords. Still good but in MacBook and Linux great experience. Using with oneAuth for password less login. Great combo by zoho

Its a very good password manager, no doubt. Only lacking point i see is that it gets logged out frequently and signing in causes trouble sometimes. By the time you sign in and find the password, the payment window gets expired.

I dont care who t ef is oneauth. I don't want app lock on this app. Give an option to disable it. When any auth request comes for the zoho vault on the browser extention. I have to confirm it twice once for the app lock and then another for the actual permission. Why do you make things complicated and annoying for the users.

Writing this specifically for use on Macbook Air M2. Can’t even sign into the app; i click “sign in” and it just… does nothing. So can’t even use it

I’d rather not give this any stars. Looking around for a simple password manager for some friends so thought I’d try this out before recommending it. 
Downloaded the app, put in my info, verified email, added my mobile number. Now when I sign in all I get is a screen saying 
Invalid Client Client ID passed does not exist and an image of a barrier. Can’t delete anything as I can’t sign in. Tried password sign in and email. OTP sign in. Total waste of time and I now need to work out a way of deleting all my details from their server.

Was always buggy. Had to type in my password twice for like 6 months. Now they fixed that because it doesn’t work at all. I can log in online in the website but not on the app

Using an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS. The app crashes every time I open it or has trouble with opening. The app works perfectly on my android device so I’m not sure why it doesn’t on iPhone.

I love the top notch security features, but the mobile app is lagging behind competitors like Proton Pass when it comes to convenience. Specifically, Zoho doesn't automatically capture and add the website link (URL) when I fill existing password in the website or in installed applications. I have to manually copy-paste it to add url, whereas Proton Pass detects and saves it instantly. Please update the autofill to capture the URL automatically.

I am impressed by this password manager, it should get more popularity. It works and integrate well with browsers and even CLI. It also offer TOTP with free tier account. Cool

However, there is no way I can import passwords into Zoho vault.
