My images and videos are usually large and need more space. Is there a way to increase the size of my Zoho drive? **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Currently, the Individual plan offers 5 GB of storage. We’re analyzing the possibility of increasing this limit to 10 GB. Once the upgrade is implemented, your storage will automatically be updated to 10 GB by default. Additionally, we’re exploring options to introduce add-on purchases for the Individual plan. These add-ons will be available in 10 GB and 100 GB increments, and you’ll be able to purchase multiple add-ons based on your requirements. Regarding "Invite New Members," this action can only be performed via the WorkDrive Admin Console and cannot be provided in the mobile apps. Implementing Admin actions would require a separate app for Admin Console actions, which is not currently planned. We’ll keep you informed of any updates in future. This was possible before ios18 **Developer response:** Hi, We regret the inconvenience caused. We have resolved the issue on iOS 18 that occurred when clicking the "Choose a different destination" button. The fix is included in the latest version of the app (v2.27), now available on the App Store. Could you please update the app and check? The issue is it won’t work with zoho mail on iOS when trying to attach a file from zoho work drive onto zoho mail to send. As a user who appreciates the current 5GB individual cloud storage experience, I'm seeking a more robust solution for my personal data needs, specifically in the range of 200GB to 500GB. Currently, WorkDrive's plans primarily cater to teams, with the lowest tier for expanded storage requiring a minimum of three users. For individuals like myself who do not operate a business or require multi-user collaboration, this presents a significant hurdle. Competitors in the cloud storage market, such as DigiBoxx, offer individual plans that are more aligned with personal storage requirements. Introducing individual-centric plans between 200GB and 500GB would greatly benefit users who need more than the basic 5GB but do not necessitate a multi-user business account. This would allow Zoho WorkDrive to tap into a broader market of individual users seeking reliable and secure cloud storage for their day-to-day personal files, photos, and documents. I believe that offering these flexible personal storage options would enhance WorkDrive's appeal and broaden its user base beyond its established business clientele. When I share a file with them they can't get signed in using the app even if they create an account. However there is a bug with the badge, which doesn’t clear on the item being viewed. You need to find another list which shows them all again. WorkDrive currently supports video preview for files up to 3 GB, provided the video duration is less than 180 minutes. Videos that exceed either of these limits are not supported for preview.
