We have 30 rigs with this app on it but can’t edit the checklists…. Fix this.

After the last update, the signature function stopped working, so employees cannot sign the checklists. Also, the editor feature crashes the app anytime you try to edit a checklist.  I have called Zoll tech support twice in 4 months and zero progress had been made. One rep told me “It’s a free app. Fixing it is not a priority”

This app is perfect for EMS personnel to complete ambulance checks. There isn't much information available on how to use the app, so it took me a little while to figure out how to customize my own rig checks. I wish the app would stay logged into your account, but each time it is opened, login is required. It would also be nice if the rig checks could be automatically emailed or uploaded to a server as soon as it is completed. Great product with room for minor improvements.

After only a few minutes if working with the App i was able to set up a check sheet for our ambulances consisting of 300 individual check items, a daily narcotic check off with 12 items, and a monthly expiration date check off with over 120 items. Very simple to set up and use. So far i am very pleased
