However I have played with the app and find it to be amazing. It is relatively easy to use and It will definitely save time in the long run. The only down side, (and I understand why) is that you can not delete a PCR once it is created. I played with the app and now am stuck with a few fake PCRs. I would like to see a place to put the type off O2 measured. Such as RA, NRB... as well as in the gps setting it would be nice to have elevation. ### 4/5 — Just Missing a Few Things *2016-08-01* As an EMT this is a great electronic care report with the exception that I can't get the interventions to pull up if there are any. This is one of the most important things to document so I am a little disappointed I wasn't able to include any. That said however the range of information available to include in the form is great, as well as the ease at which you can email the results or have it exported to a chosen server. Definitely one of the best apps out there for EMS and first responder use. And the best part? It's free! Overall I'm quite pleased with it and plan on using it off duty and just putting in my detailed interventions in the narrative section at the end of the report. ### 4/5 — Simple epcr app *2016-05-18, version 2.6.4* Clean and simple. Currently want to use it to track my clinical and field touches for paramedic school. Only issue is there are now chief complaints or medical hx. Also, do not have the ability to manually enter insurance name. Please fix. ### 3/5 — Good start, please keep working *2012-11-29* From just downloading this and trying it offline, a few thoughts come to mind. 1. Better Navigation - Maybe home screen in an open PCR With Big buttons for choices such as Call Info, Demo's, Subjective, Objective, Vitals, Interventions Times. 2. Print doesn't seem to be working. 3. A Bluetooth link with EKG monitors would be awesome. Hope theses help and I really hope this continues to be developed! ### 3/5 — Great tool (app closes during email) *2012-09-29* I have used this app several times to get pt information from other agencies that don't use the same software we do. However the app closes anytime I attempt to email the pcr. We have so many things to carry around already it's great to leave the computer in the truck. Also, I love how the app prompts me for the transport type and then limits the data I need to enter based on my choice. Brilliant work Zoll! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fraudulent app *2015-04-15* This is not at all what it pretends to be. Looking for a cheap or free app to record patient info, vitals, significant medical info relating to the narrative portion of our fire/EMT/Paramedics patient reports and emergency response. This app may do it but it is a useless and only a come on for signing up and paying big bucks to use a software system. This is NOT for the individual responder looking for a better and quicker way to collect info on an emergency call!! ### 1/5 — Incomplete and poor user experience *2014-06-26* This app is clumsy in its navigation. No help menu and you need one for this app. Worse yet you can't write your subjective or objective portions because the database is empty. They require you to search for terms to write your subjective or objective findings but there is no data to search for. Until they fix that huge hole this app is worthless. ### 1/5 — First version worked great *2013-01-26, version 1.8* The first version I used worked great the upgrades do not. I just want to put in patient info so I can take it back to the station and then enter it on the station pc. I'm disappointed that is a ZOLL product ### 2/5 — Bug *2015-02-06, version 2.6.2* Great app, however recently wen I go to print or email a report in demo mode, it shuts the app down which renders it useless. Please fix this glitch! ### 2/5 — Fix the time entry *2014-04-26, version 2.3.0* In the older version of this App the interface to record times was easy and effective. The time entry in the new version is a pain. Please fix!!! ### 2/5 — Emt *2012-04-05* Integration with Epcr and tablet is a must...more customization options like Epcr is a must...print and export are musts. A good start but I feel teased. I used to beta test software and develop using the scrum method and can see the potential of this product. Zoll needs to now make formal their intentions of this products future before we all fall in love with it and they don't further develop it. Great start but lacking too much to be used functionally on a daily basis. ### 2/5 — Needs improvements *2011-09-27* It's a nice start to a great app. Needs ability to customize the fields. Also must companies record more milage points the just the two this app has. Ability to add different milage points would a great benefit. So far I'm not impressed, no customizable fields to assist in ease of use, NO WAY TO EXPORT DATA OR SIGNATURES, no printed or custom text for signature fields, lots of nonsense fields that can not be shut off or modified. I would like to view a full layout of my document but can not. Love the ZOLL Online integration for customization. ### 5/5 — Great App *2012-08-05* I love the incorporation of the Zoll Online portal. But, can we make it more customizable? Such as on the Emergency Calls, allow us to select our Vehicle, like we do in the General Transport and Standby Screens. Also allow us to put in Stations and External Agencies in Emergency calls, so that I can put that I was in Ambulance #####, with XXFD STA## and XXPD. Also, allow us to possibly put a new field under a screen? A few more things are needed: 1) a way to get it off the iphone. ideally just synch it into a full ePCR system and 2) a way to customize/hide what data I enter. I believe that this is an excellent tool. Unfortunately it can not be used as a formal report in my area. So I use it as a note taking and reminder so my written report is complete with no info missing.
