So when I go to the app to get it fixed the app doesn’t even recognize then earbuds?

I wish your app was as good as your earphones.
I love the earphones! They fit great and sound awesome....But the app has never seemed to connect with the earphones. Looking at the reviews, it looks as if your IT department has given up on fixing it.

Hier stehen so viele Meldungen zu Verbindungsproblemen, bei mir hat es sich noch nie verbunden.

Die Zolo sind die besten In Ear für mich.
Sehr begeistert nur das APP ist grotesk.

Warum seit einem
Jahr kein Update bei der schlechten Resonanz.

Da sollte Apple mal Druck machen das sowas gar nicht erst im Store erscheint.

Bonjour, alors je sais pas si cette application permet de faire quelques réglages sur les écouteurs Zolo Liberty + mais il y a des gros soucis lorsqu’on est en mode appel! Et c’est vraiment dommage car se sont de bons écouteurs mais la qualité des communications téléphoniques via les écouteurs est vraiment pas bonne. Please faites quelque chose!surtout pour les gens qui sont à l’autre bout du fil! Ils n’entendent pas clairement la voix, ils n’entendent que les bruits extérieurs et trop fort! Bref deuxième petite chose, il y a souvent des petites déconnexions avec le téléphone! Du coup l’expérience est pas fluide! Dommage! 
En espérant qu’une mise à jour puisse régler ces deux soucis que j’ai pu relever dans mon expérience!

イヤホン自体は音質も良く、装着感が他と比べてかなり良いと感じました。重低音がはっきりしている印象で、また、音切れなどもほとんどなくかなり満足しています。

ただ、専用のアプリということでインストールしたもののこのアプリ自体は使える機能がほぼないです。せめて、イヤホンのバッテリー残量などを表示できる機能があれば便利と感じるのではないかと思います。

This app is Garbage!!! When you open the app to connect the earbuds it says earbuds not found. No matter how many times you try to connect them with the app it doesn’t work. They can still work with your phone. Just not the app.

Package looks nice but only one earbud functions on the left side. There is no way to check no if the other big is even connected. Two different Bluetooth connections appear when you want to link to phone, Zolo life and Z -up. No mention of this in the instructions. Anyway will give them away as I received them as a gift, pretty lousy earbuds.

アプリで音質を変えれると思って買ったのに期待はずれでした。

ただ、コンセプトを選択するだけでした。

ここの好みに合わせて触れるようにして欲しいのと左右のイヤホンで音の大きさが違うのでアプリで調節できるととても嬉しいです。

Die App kann sich ab und zu nicht verbinden. Wenn sie verbunden war verliert sie diese Verbindung sporadisch wieder. Ansonsten eine nett gemachte App. Die fehlerhafte Verbindung nervt. Auch auf dem iPad gibt es Probleme. Z-Up und die Liberty + sind verbunden und die App sagt nein?

Edit: es gibt wohl kein Update mehr? Ein sehr schwacher Support!

Absolut zufriedenstellend,
Wenn man eben zu blöd ist zu verstehen, dass nur die Zolo Liberty plus die Fähigkeit haben sich mit der App zu verbinden, kann Anker auch nichts dafür. Ein Hinweis bei nicht entstehender Verbindung wäre allerdings nicht unangebracht denke ich.
Tolle Kopfhörer, meiner Meinung stark unterschätzt.

他の方のレビューに合った通り接続が繋がらない？と思いましたが1度音楽の再生をストップするとすぐに繋がってくれました。

アプリでは周辺音取り込み機能もあるのでいいですね。イコライザーで更に自分の好みの音になったので満足です。

もし問題があるならBluetooth設定の問題です。
1.繋がらないなら説明書通り本体をリセットする。
2.それでも繋がらない場合はBluetooth設定から1度接続を解除して接続設定を削除。
その後Bluetoothを起動して、Bluetooth設定を開きliberty +と接続してからAppを起動するとZ-upとの接続を求められるので接続。
以上で問題なく使用できます。
その後、接続が悪ければ手順2だけすればいいです。
全てappの責任にするのではなく、自身でトラブルシューティングをしましょう。
原因は自身の設定や接続環境にもあります。

Great job with the app. Only problem was first time connecting earbuds to app. Second try worked and haven’t had a connection problem yet. Transparency is a great feature when turned on you can’t hear any outside noises. But EQ could have more options and a customizable setting.

Reliable app, always connects to my Liberty + headphones first time. 
Only improvement could be to have greater adjustment using the EQ section.
Keep up the great work with future improvements, they are very much appreciated, by a happy Liberty + user!
