If you have this app on two different devices, it will not sync so if you save a favourite on one device it will not show up on the other ### 3/5 — Good *2025-12-18* Good app but desperately needs dark mode ### 3/5 — Nice but.. *2025-08-31, version 1.5.2* I like this app because you can see all the homes in your area that are for sale. The only bad part I can say is if you have this app on two different devices (iPad/iPhone) and select a house as your favourite this app will NOT sync with other devices ### 3/5 — Basic *2025-03-10* Search does work but is limited by the following: 1- Does not have a ‘sort by price’ function. You can put in a price range but they are not sorted. 2- Descriptions of the properties are very basic. Doesn’t have room sizes and the list of actual rooms is rarely filled out. 3- Does not have ‘acreage’, ‘farm’, ‘bare land’, or, ‘recreational’ as choices when looking for specific properties. You can select ’house’ but that’s it. 3- When ‘house’ is selected as type of building, it does not identify as detached or duplex or… 4- When ‘parking’ is a number (eg-4) there is no explanation if this is inside the property, or if there are 4 spaces in the garage, or 2 inside and 2 outside, or 4 outside. Often the pictures are not conclusive to figure this out. ### 2/5 — Apps changed *2025-02-26* Use to be great , now you have to sign in each time just to browse . Was way better before ### 3/5 — Search never works *2025-01-21, version 1.5.2* My wife sends me links to listings but to open the listing you have to log in on the website to even see the photos. Can't open the link in the app. And even I search for the address or MLS # in the app, I get a blank screen. Useless. Have reported it months ago and still not fixed. Frustrating. ### 4/5 — Near perfect *2024-11-21, version 1.5.2* Best real estate app by far. But when you get randomly signed out it's a hassle to sign back in. There should always be an option to sign in but sometimes only sign up shows other times it asks for email and then you can sign in. Kinda strange. Other than that would be 5 star! ### 2/5 — What Happened *2024-10-12, version 1.5.2* This used to be a great app but not anymore. Signing in and out constantly and it still doesn’t show you sold details like it did before. ### 3/5 — Great listings the app is just buggy *2024-10-11, version 1.5.2* I enjoy the app, it looks nice and it’s easy to find listings, when it works. The filtering is buggy, at least on an M4 iPad Pro, when you hit apply, only the pricing gets applied everything else gets reset, especially sqft. Searching for a location sometimes works and allows you to select it, other times you search and press the location, only for it to do nothing and the search stops working. Sometimes when you select a listing, it’s impossible to get back to your search or the map view and you have to start all over as the listing goes full screen with no back button. If these things were resolved it would be one of the better real estate apps. ### 1/5 — Broken and abandoned. *2024-09-19, version 1.5.2* The search engine and filters no longer work and haven’t for awhile. I thought an update might come and fix it but the last update was 3 years ago so it seems they’ve given up on the app. It’s a shame. ### 2/5 — Email address *2024-08-28, version 1.5.2* I can’t believe you must now give your email address just to look at the photos. I’ve also always found it annoying how the site mixes up the order of the pictures. The only thing the app had going for it was that it showed sale and posting history. They’ve gotten rid of that now, so the app is virtually useless. Do yourself a favour a get an actually good app, skip this one. ### 2/5 — Would be nice to stay logged in… *2024-08-11, version 1.5.2* Makes you sign in to see photos every time, even though you’re looking at them through the app after you’ve registered your email. The app now repeatedly signs you out and the sold history is blurred unless you sign in. At one point all my saved homes disappeared and today it won’t even let me sign in. The only way I can get it to allow me to sign in is to select “Save this search” which prompts me to login in. However, most of the time I press “sign in” the button becomes highlighted then nothing happens. If not, please reach out to our support team at help@zolo.ca. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Remove That FSHA or Questrade Immediately! *2026-02-13* The user interface is bad now due to that top part having that annoying “That list price doesn’t have to be out of reach” with the link to open up the Questrade. Unfortunately the user clicks on accidentally and then there is no way to go back to the Zolo listings at all. You only can exit the app and then open it up to remove the terrible redirection from the link up top. My suggestion is to remove that immediately. Or have a way that if the user clicks the link on accidentally that they can be redirect back to Zolo with a back button provided. ### 1/5 — Too much spam *2025-10-28* Nowadays you need to provide your email in order to view details of the estate where you get spammed with realtors. So I pretty much stop using this app ### 1/5 — Log in options are annoying and inconvenient - marketing annoying and outdated *2025-06-06* For some reason Zolo tries to be different by forcing people to use a log in pin number instead of standard password. So you are expected to remember this stupid pin number or get a new one everytime you log in. Then you also have to jump through hoops to bypass their email sign up page in order to log in. As this pop up will try to force to to sign up for emails before it lets you log in. Developers need to take a useable security course. Marketing methods are boomer core from early 2000s, probably chasing more users away due to how annoying and difficult it is to use. Wouldn’t be surprised if sales are way down. Hopefully they modernize and revamp log ins and marketing. ### 1/5 — SLOW ALL THE TIME *2025-05-23* The whole app is soo slow. Everytime I look at a home I have to confirm my email. Why? What does confirming it so often accomplish?
