They removed cashback and rewards for the classic card without notice. They give 1% cashback now. Who’ll use this card if there are other No Annual fee cards providing better cashback.

I got lot of issues after using this zolve. On my card always happening the fraud transaction 
I not even using still I have this problem this is the 4th time ..
Can you improve security and without authorization how you are approving the transaction and have multiple transactions happening at same time same money still it is not blocking .this is wrost thing happening to me everytime

Disgusting customer service, rude and incompetent staff who don’t listen to anything asked. I have been chasing them for months trying to pay my bill (the made this difficult the moment you leave USA, despite pitching themselves as ‘cross-border’) and they have said the only way I can now pay is through a payment link sent from them - but they refuse to send it! Conveniently adding on late/non-payment fees every month this drags on and they refuse to let me make a payment. They have essentially taken my account hostage so they can rack up fees; Zolve are crooks - completely unethical. Do not use.

First thing the cash payments saying settles in 20 mins is total lie and the live agents do not reply to the chats. It’s been 2 days since I paid my bill i cash and I am not able to use the card it says not sufficient funds but the app shows the payment is settled and available credit.

It’s now the most useless credit cards out there. Would recommend not getting this. You could try other credit cards that does 5x,3x or even 2x. 

But, this credit card has now lost all its value that it built over last 5 years.

So I made a payment through zolve for buying an item and I returned the item then I got refunded to same zolve credit card account but card due amount showing that amount what I paid. I contacted the customer care they said. I need to pay the due amount but that amount already credited. The customer care agent said still I need to pay the due amount. I asked why they reply like you already signed terms and conditions. This is very bad service. Why we need to pay due amount when card shows zero amount use.

Worst card and banking app I’ve ever used. Their security is disappointing, and their customer support is even worse.

I requested a refund of my excess funds, and ever since I submitted the request, they’ve stopped responding to my support tickets. I’ve received no meaningful updates and no resolution.

A financial company should communicate with customers, especially when it involves their money. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend Zolve based on how my refund request has been handled.

It has been 20 days since I’ve Applied for my new physical credit card, I haven’t received any email regarding my shipment or delivery, whenever I reach out customer service, they ask me to wait for 10 business days, they don’t even procide any contact number for assistance. they also can’t track my shipment either😂 It’s really disappointing. Zolve’s service is awful☹️

I’ve been with Zolve for 5 years and referred 4+ people in the past, but recent changes have really tested my patience. They removed the 5x cashback or Automax cashback options, which were a big part of why I stuck around. On top of that, my balance takes forever to update after I make a payment, and redeeming points as cash can take weeks to actually show up. Even simple issues that every credit card app offers require reaching out to support, which shouldn’t be the case for basic things. As a long time customer, it’s disappointing to see the experience decline like this. I’m seriously considering using my other credit cards and reduced my spending drastically using zolve.
