Little did I know they will demand 4 times more money for “Government and Associate fee”. When I raised concern they agreed to bargain with me. Since when does the government bargain? And what was the money that I already paid for? I asked for a detailed list of pricing. They included items that were not in the “bundle” I selected and the total did not even add up. The taxes mentioned for the total were less than what they already charged me for taxes. That’s another good reason to believe these guys are frauds. I asked for a refund because I don’t feel safe doing business with this company to which they said we can offer me a “Credit” that I can use later. There was no Service provided to me. When I refused a credit they stopped responding to me. I have a chain of emails that I have not gotten a response to for over a month. I want my ₹2676 back!!!
