Whenever an order arrives with spilled food, missing items, or the wrong items, the support system asks me to upload photos as proof. I upload clear pictures of the food, packaging, and even the bill, yet I repeatedly get the same response saying that the issue “cannot be validated from the images.” Then it asks me to upload the pictures again, only for the exact same thing to happen. I have gone through this ridiculous loop repeatedly sometimes 10–20 times with absolutely no resolution. If customers provide photographic evidence and the system simply keeps rejecting it without meaningful human intervention, what is the point of having support at all? Over time, I have lost thousands of rupees because of orders with genuine problems that Zomato refused to resolve. This support process feels deliberately designed to exhaust customers until they give up.
