An extra amount has been deducted from my account, even though I do not have any active advertisements, promotional campaigns, or paid ads running on my Zomato account. I have checked my account, but I cannot find any active ad campaign or service that should result in this deduction. I request you to please check my account and provide a complete breakdown of the amount that has been deducted, including the exact reason, date, transaction details, and the service or campaign against which this amount was charged. I have not authorized any such additional payment, and I do not understand why this amount is being deducted from my account. If there is any campaign or paid service showing as active on your system, please provide me with the complete details and proof of activation. Please also check whether there is any technical error, automatic billing, hidden charge, or unauthorized activation associated with my account. I request you to stop any further unnecessary deductions immediately and refund the amount that has been incorrectly deducted from my account. I receive a reminder call yesterday night that I need to prepare atleast 10+ dishes for the shoot. Unfortunately, I couldn’t pickup the last confirmation call yesterday night when I called back to the number It routed me to IVR. Anyways I prepared dishes today morning which took lot of hardwire from the morning. There is jo call back n no notification on photoshoot cancellation. I was trying to call Zomato from morning continuously but that number told me they will connect with 24-48 hours.
