A similar thing happened when I reached level 100 but the gems from the level fund didn’t load. The event everytime you guys made only focus on donating instead of giving the players a farewell game. Just like for example: event beers the rate % to get new heroes you guys told us was incredibly high but it goes different way. And Canyon event, you guys make the routing same old same old heroes. Not even new heroes such as blazer/aoi/sakura/lilith/pamela/elizabeth/akasha/memphista/tassa. It's been 9 months and not a single heroes above was adding to canyon. You gotta freaking kidding me right!? If you don't fix anything, you will lose a tons of players all over the world. Instead of open new severs, focus on old players. A lot of ppl been quitting from now. I know what characters I have I don’t need to see them all floating over top of the screen. It gets really annoying really fast. Apparently though I am the only one having this problem since I couldn’t find anything about it on the internet. Happens on my iPhone and iPad. Too bad I would have liked to enjoy the game but I guess I will install it and see if the problem is fixed on android. ### 1/5 — Lack of tech support *2019-08-07, version 1.10.24* The game was good. Spent 3 months playing it. They updated the game and my account was logged out and lost, they have over 250 servers and never showed in loading screen what server I was. I contacted them directly and they asked for order number from in game purchases so I gave them 2. Gave them username and my Facebook that I linked the account to. And they were unsuccessful on finding my account. Poor tech support behind the scene if you ask me.
