I make purchases then I closed the app. When I opened it again, I lost my purchases. When I contacted customer support. They told me to check another server. I did and didn’t see my purchases. Why does it matter if you’re on another server. You should have what is purchased even if you switch servers. What a money grabbing scam. So I ask for refund through App Store. When I came back. I got banned. Then I ask customers service, they said I have to pay back what was refunded in order to not be banned. So I paid back and still not able to play the game. What a scam!!! I worked hard to get to level 170 and the developers just deleted my account ### 1/5 — There is fraud in the game. *2026-02-12, version 1.7.5* This game was very interesting when I first started playing it. But the back has completely changed. After you recharge, in order to get the ranking reward, a large number of robots will suddenly appear on the ranking list. Their combat effectiveness is lower than yours, but they have more levels than you, and the ranking is always ahead of you. The developer will continue to stimulate you to recharge in order to become stronger. And the chance of the lottery is completely fake, and it will drain your wallet to get the reward. The customer service of this game will not reply to you at all, just to empty your wallet. On the fourth day of the opening of my server, when I recharged $200, I thought I could reach the first place on this server with few people, suddenly many robots that did not exist before pushed me to the third place. I think this is because the developer is stimulating me to spend further, which is completely a fraud.
