I just started playing and now I’m unable to play your game. Then went on the game, and I couldn’t, my account had a “violation” and i couldn’t get on. I did nothing wrong and had my account suspended with no information or explanation. I spent money on this game, how do I get that refunded? Updated- so they replied saying it was a bug and to message them…I’ve sent three tickets all asking for clarification of what I’d done wrong and me asking to see anything related to what I was meant to have done. I didn’t get my account back or un-suspended. They told me I had broken the game rules. Before you spend your money here be aware you can lose access to your account at any point. I went to the AppStore explained what had happened and got refunded. I think I’ve tried to reach out enough (3 separate times) I think if this is something you’re genuinely interested in fixing, it’s about time you reach out to me, and all the other players affected by this “bug”. ### 5/5 — Game *2026-08-10, version 1.4.13* Cool so far ### 1/5 — Another big world *2026-08-09, version 1.4.13* Another game where you are located in big world with guilds/clans/alliances everywhere.
