I just started playing and now I’m unable to play your game. The game started out great but now such a bummer!!!! ### 2/5 — Account deleted, money lost. *2026-08-12, version 1.4.15* Absolutely loved the game, got to 6 million power. Then went on the game, and I couldn’t, my account had a “violation” and i couldn’t get on. I did nothing wrong and had my account suspended with no information or explanation. I spent money on this game, how do I get that refunded? Updated- so they replied saying it was a bug and to message them…I’ve sent three tickets all asking for clarification of what I’d done wrong and me asking to see anything related to what I was meant to have done. I didn’t get my account back or un-suspended. They told me I had broken the game rules. Before you spend your money here be aware you can lose access to your account at any point. I went to the AppStore explained what had happened and got refunded. I think I’ve tried to reach out enough (3 separate times) I think if this is something you’re genuinely interested in fixing, it’s about time you reach out to me, and all the other players affected by this “bug”. ### 3/5 — Account deleted, money lost. *2026-08-08* Absolutely loved the game, got to 6 million power. We'll squash it! ### 1/5 — Pay to win *2026-07-12, version 1.4.8* Game makes it look like you’ll be defending your town from zombie hordes. That is a minimal part of the actual game. The reality is the game is a PvP / town vs town / clan vs clan type game where you either pay to get stronger, pay to shield, or get rolled over. ### 1/5 — Account Suspended *2026-07-12, version 1.4.8* Just started playing, spent money and now logging back online and it says account suspended due to violation. I am lodging complaint with apple and also asking them for refunds from all my purchases from earlier today. Ridiculous and scam. ### 3/5 — Love the game, but has technical issues *2026-07-11, version 1.4.8* I started playing ZomlineSurvival probably about two weeks ago and at first the game was really good. It kept me interested in coming back daily. I actually still have a 14 day streak, but the problem with the game is the most recent updates have caused a glitch within the city to wear the resources are no longer making their way through the City Hall and to the wall, and there is no longer zombies to fight at the wall. Along with that, I also see no current way to heal my cities’s health after it has been attacked. I have healed all but 60 of my dead infantry and my cities’s health is still at half. I have had a shield in place for three days. I never like these type of games and I finally find one that I like and spend money on it and my account gets suspended for no reason. It’s been fine up until four days ago when I couldn’t login and I received zero word about it and I’ve sent multiple requests and I’ve heard nothing back.
