### 1/5 — Useless app with no ability to report issues

Our school district just started using this program for their buses. The first week it was down for issues. In the second week it works, however my app is tracking the wrong bus. They have the wrong transponder tied to my kids’ route because it never actually goes to their stops and really runs the opposite direction. 

I know this may be a district issue but the real problem is that there is no error or issue reporting mechanism. There should be a way to submit something like “Issue with this route” or “problem with this bus tracker”. There is no point of contact to resolve the issue so the app is effectively useless. 

Also, functionally if you are looking at the map and try to zoom in on the school or a bus stop, it will spontaneously shift the map to focus on the bus again. While I understand centering on the bus, hijacking the map navigation is a poor way to do it. Maybe add some buttons for center map on bus and center map on stop/school. 

One star until they add some sort of issue reporting mechanism.

It does not show the correct bus.

Bus information not always available when it should. Notifications sometimes work, mostly don't. Notifications do not seem to be programmed by native English speakers. I get messages like "Bus has arrived at previous stop:[name of school" and at the exact same moment get another notification that "Bus has reached at stop: [name of school]". Huh? Has arrived at previous stop? And what does reached at stop mean?Great idea, not well implemented yet, will be happy to re-rate once they get their act together.
